Top-notch service all around. Roy was able to schedule me within 3 days of my original call and gave an accurate estimate over the phone based on my verbal description and pictures I texted to him. As I was scheduled in the middle of a busy Saturday he kept me informed of his progress and arrival time via phone--I didn't get left guessing. As noted in other reviews, Roy is very personable, professional and works hard and fast. High-end equipment leads to fast, damage-free work. I would easily recommend him to anyone needing power washing.

Roy did an outstanding job in power washing my driveway, walkway and sidewalk. He also removed some old paint markings in the gutter in front of my house. He is very well organized, detailed and thorough. He takes great pride in ensuring that the results are outstanding and beyond just satisfactory. Giving the size of the job, his pricing was quite reasonable. He has a very upbeat and positive personality, and he answers all questions, and offers suggestions for further improvements after he does his inspection. I highly recommend him for any pressure washing task.

Roy did a great job! He was very thorough and ensured we were happy with the job before he left. He made sure to walk around the home with us to make sure we were happy with everything. He was also knowledgeable about how to pressure wash our composite decking to ensure it was cleaned but not scratched. He was very pleasant and customer oriented. Roy was timely, efficient and his work was very professional. He was also friendly and upbeat. The driveway is on a fairly steep grade making it somewhat difficult to maneuver. It now looks like a new driveway. I am totally satisfied with the results.

I contact Roy after finding him on Angie's List and see all of the great reviews. I was getting ready to put my house up for sale and it needed a through cleaning. With in 15 minutes of contacting Roy he was at my home to give me an estimate. While was there my realtor arrived and they had worked with each other in the past. She said that he did great work and she was right. Roy came back on Saturday and did the work and it was amazing to see the difference. It was like a new house. Roy was very courteous and professional. I will use him again ans recommend him to everyone that I know.

Roy was AWESOME! I am a real estate agent and my clients needed me to oversee some cleanup on their home before putting it on the market. The deck was in need of a good pressure washing as well as a tiled terrace level under the deck. I was totally awed at the work that Roy performed. It truly looked like a new deck!! I cannot say enough good things about Roy! His professionalism and energy is over the top! When I spoke with him on the phone to schedule my appointment, we talked as if though we knew each other for years. He cleaned everything that I asked him to and he went the extra mile to clean my widow's walk which wasn't even a request. He also gave my patio table a few sprays. Roy was very nice. I called August 19, he came the next day to give me an estimate, and the following day he did the work. Upon calling I had told Roy I was getting my house ready for sale; so he was thoughtful enough to clean my garage doors and around my front door. It looks so nice since he completed the work. I would definitely recommend him.

Roy did a wonderful job! Very professional and did a fabulous job. I called him on Thursday and he was over to do a quote the next day and the job was finished on Tuesday.....highly recommend him!

Roy did a fantastic job with my power washing project. First, Roy answers the phone, and Roy does the work. He does not send out an inexperienced crew to handle things. So, I knew I had someone with around 20 years of experience on the job. Second, Roy's price was better than the "deals" some of the competitors were offering. He also made a point to meet me, or at my wife, in person. He checked in on multiple occasions with an update, and he made sure we were pleased with his work. Finally, his price ended up being lower than his estimate. How often does that happen? He also did a few extra things that I forgot for free. Super guy, great service, and a can't miss solution for your power washing needs. I seriously doubt anyone else does better work than Roy.

From our initial phone conversation to clean up, Roy provided exemplary, meticulous service. He took pride in his work and communicated well to ensure our complete satisfaction. I would hire Roy at The Hired Gun to come power wash my home again, without a doubt. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. Even more important, he did a fantastic job and my house, driveway and deck all look 100 times better. Roy was super nice and easy to work with - I would recommend to anyone.

Finally......a pressure washer that knows how to "house wash"!!! I called Roy and said I wanted the house washed but did not want the paint blasted off. Roy knew exactly what I wanted and he removed the algae, mold, pollen build up, etc. and left my paint in tact. Because he uses ladders and actually goes up on all the different levels of the house, he was able to tell me if I had any paint issues that needed to be addressed. Fortunately, I did not. However, once cleaned he did find carpenter bee damage which we have already addressed. The Hired Gun is truly owner operated. Roy answers the phone, makes his appointments, calls to re-confirm a couple days ahead, and arrives at the stated time. Would I use Hired Gun again? ABSOLUTELY, next spring after the pollen season passes!

Roy was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to remove years of dirt, grime, mildew and grease from our driveway, front walk, and brick patio. He restored the flag stone steps, which lead to our front porch, to their natural beauty. We also have a mahogany front door that my husband spent 3 weeks sanding and staining. When Roy power washed the front porch, he was careful not to damage the door or light fixtures. Our front porch looks amazing. He far exceeded our expectations, and we would not think twice about hiring Roy to do additional jobs on our house.

I called and Mr. B returned my call later in the day. I described the services I needed and he asked for a description of my home and provided an approximated cost. He explained that he would be away for the 4th and I arranged for services one week later. Prior to the appt Mr B came by and looked at my home and called to give me the final cost for the services I wanted. He arrived at the stated time. We walked around my property and he reviewed costs with me. He suggested placing towels under my front door as there was a chance of solution entering while he was washing the front porch. The towels were slightly damp. He told me where he would begin washing and the direction he would proceed. After completing the first section he asked if I was satisfied. He completed the work and we walked around my home to review the job. I was quite satisfied with the service. Roy was professional, engaging and my house looked pristine. I told him I would see him next year. The only oops was on my account I forgot about the coupon.

It was very reasonable, the guy was amazing, you don't need to ask anything, like, this guy is amazing, his price is amazing, he did the work like he owns the company, he did all the work, he showed up, he went all over the instruments that he uses, he had one tool for the driveway, he had another tool for the porch, he was just like unusual, he was like a Doctor that would tell you what were going to operate on and how they're gonna do it. He was the literally the best service provider I've ever used, I'll use him wherever, like my house or my building, wherever.
