Roy was very thorough. He was also careful with my plantings, being carefull to rinse them off when he was done

#1 IS THE RATING FOR THIS COMPANY!!! THIS is who you want to get to do your pressure washing! Roy Bauman is the man for the job and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! We set up an appointment for him to come and pressure wash my home and give me whatever other recommendations he could give for making it look nice and cared for. However, he was in the area the day before doing another job and called to say the weather was not looking good for the day we had made our appointment. He told me he could work me in that very afternoon if it would be convenient for me. It was and he came. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed some areas he saw that he could improve and I added those to pressure washing my home. I am so glad I did because now, not only my house, but the surrounding areas of driveway, patio and sidewalk, all look wonderful. Roy was very careful in his work. He moved things that needed to be moved to do a great job. He worked methodically and thoroughly from the time he came until the time he was finished. It took a little less than two hours. There were a few things Roy saw as he worked and he went ahead and took care of them because they needed it. For example, my front porch had cobwebs and he cleaned them off before starting. The rocker and wicker furniture were also cleaned and he included a small rug I had by the door. Those things showed me that Roy not only wants to do the best job he can, he cares about all the details, not just the ones I happen to mention. The RESULTS of Roy Bauman's work: My home is clean and almost sparkling. The sidewalk from the street to the entrance to my home is gleaming. My driveway looks neat and clean. My patio looks brand new. I have to say, I was truly amazed at all the work that was done and extremely pleased. His price was competitive and I felt very reasonable. The other reviews I read were influential in my decision to hire him also. One of the best decisions I have made! It is such a blessing to find a man who is fair, takes pride in his work and does such a good job. Roy, I will be calling you from now on and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Roy did a better job than I hoped for and the price was reasonable considering the size of the job - basically every surface on my property. I had to wait three weeks because he is so in demand but it was worth the wait. He was punctual and thorough and I could tell he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. He is also very personable. The Hired Gun is the only pressure washing service I will use in the future. You can't go wrong with Roy :).

I found Roy last year on Angie's List and was totally impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. We like what Roy calls a "Maintenance Wash" each year to clean pollen, molds, mildews but not blast off the paint. Roy came back this year and the house looked like it had been repainted. Even my windows sparkled and I was told of a couple places that needed repair. He has a pole brush that extended to my third story and cleaned all the cobwebs before starting the wash. He always calls to confirm appointments, arrives on time, gets to work and is so very pleasant to have at your home. Thank you, Roy, for a job very well done. See you next year!

I contacted Mr. Bauman for an estimate and was pleased with the fact that he arrived at the scheduled time, was neat in appearance, knowledgeable of what needed to be done and was professional in conduct. The date of pressure washing was scheduled for two weeks later. However, when that date did not work out for us (contractors performing interior work had not completed on the schedule anticipated), Mr. Bauman was very agreeable and flexible in working with us to postpone service for the following week. On the scheduled day of service, Mr. Bauman arrived when he said he would, handled everything in a professional manner and did an outstanding job of pressure washing.

This is our third year to use The Hired Gun for our spring post-pollen cleanup. Roy Bauman is reliable and friendly and kind of part of our family now. We have a small home but we are a bit picky about this job being done right. Roy is very attentive to our needs. He is careful in his work. He accommodated the date that we needed for this work due to an event that we had coming up at our house. We always love the finished product - especially around our gutter guards. When Roy is done, it looks like the house has been repainted! See you next year, Roy!

It was a great experience. Roy provided a free estimate and worked with us to expedite the work to accommodate our upcoming event. He was even able to come a week earlier than we had expected. He showed up as promised and did the best pressure washing that we have had done in the past!

Although our house is not big we had several years worth of grime to remove. Roy got out all the green residue off the brick and the painted areas now look like they have a fresh coat of paint. The gutters had streaking and residue but now look fantastic. I was concerned about doing the driveway bc another guy I hired had done some damage. He reassured me his equipment will keep everything in place and it did. The driveway is now clean and many shades lighter. Our house just got a face lift! Roy will be the first person I call next time I need pressure washing. Very professional, reliable, returned my calls promptly, excellent work. I highly recommend him!

Roy,The Hired Gun, returned my initial call promptly, He arrived a few minues early and was kind enough to suggest that we move my car to insure that it wouldn't be scratched as he unloaded equipment. Roy estimated that the job would take approximately two hours. Two hours later my deck that was dangerously slick with decades of dirt looked totally amazing. The cost was exactly as we had discussed. Needless to say, Roy exceeded my expectations;" I am absolutely thrilled my "new" deck. I can honestly say that I have never experienced a better result from any home maintenance contractor. Roy, The Hired Gun, is the real deal! And. ..one of nicest guys you will ever meet!

Roy did a great job. He came by for the estimate and we scheduled the work. He was a little late arriving, but this was due to traffic, and he called me to let me know he was running behind, due to our wonderful Atlanta traffic. He did a really good job, the house exterior had not been cleaned since it was painted 3 years ago. I am President of Williams Furniture Repair, Inc. we are also on Angie's List, and a Super Service Provider for the past 9 years, and I know first hand how important these reviews are for fellow consumers / customers as well as feedback for the service providers themselves. Being in the service business myself, I hold contractors to the same high standards as I do with my own company, and I think that Roy met those standards. I am very pleased with the results.

He got in touch promptly, fit us in as soon as he could (turned out we had to wait only 2 days), was courteous, and saved us money by not doing any unnecessary work (actually, he suggested we not do part of the job we had thought we needed, as it was not yet necessary).

I wish I had taken before and after photos. My house looks great! Mr. Bauman was responsive when I first called for an estimate, and showed up when he said he would. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job with the powerwashing for what I feel is a very reasonable price. I'll definitely recommend him and use him again.

Roy is the best ! He came to a house that I am listing for sale and determined that only 2 sides of the house really needed to be pressure washed. I have light colored vinyl siding and green gunk was detracting from the house. He also gave me an estimate for pressure washing the driveway. It appears that I am just going to rent the house so pressure washing the drive way was not needed. I was worried that the small job ($80.00) to wash the 2 sides of the house was too small a job for him to want to do. BUT I WAS WRONG !!! Roy was willing to do such a small job which spoke volumes to me about his work ethic: he's not just in this for the money. He really wants to do a good job be it big or small ! He came back 2 days later, pressure washed the 2 sides and the house looks great ! He kept in touch with me about my job and I would not hesitate to recommend Roy for any pressure washing job. This man knows his business, has a superior work ethic and is trustworthy. It's really a rarity in this day and a shame that all contractors don't hold to Roy's work ethic !!!

Roy showed up on time and after a brief inspection, began work. He made sure that I put a towel down inside our front door just in case some water seeped in. He started with the front steps, then moved on to the retaining walls. It took about an hour to complete the power washing. When he was done, he asked me to inspect the walls and steps to make sure he had accomplished what I wanted. And, boy did he! My brick work looks like new. Roy was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to have him at my home and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing pressure washing services.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Roy. He fit us into his schedule within 48 hours of my initial call and called when he was leaving the previous job to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived we discussed the areas of the house that we wanted him to clean and asked him for suggestions with spots that we weren't sure how to address (eg. slick stepping stones that were surrounded by dirt/loose gravel, discolored patio furniture, etc...). He went the extra mile to make me and my wife comfortable with what he could do and suggested a couple preventative measures we could use that would save us money on future clean ups. Ultimately he quoted us a price that was the equivalent of the cost of renting a pressure washer/cleaning attachments from our local home store without the back breaking effort of loading the machine in and out of my car and doing the actual work. Our back patio looks as good as the day we had it installed and the rest of the siding on the house is like brand new. He even cleaned up some of our patio furniture, hand scrubbed some of the slick stones and cleaned a few random mildewed spots in our back yard for no additional charge. If you like contractors that over-deliver on their work, Roy is the right guy for you. We plan to have him out annually to make our spring clean up go smoothly. Oh, and did I mention that he may be one of the nicest guys we've ever had the pleasure of working with?
