Roy was great, he returned our call promptly and fit us in pretty quickly. He did a great job on all areas that needed it, and was honest enough to not charge me to do the whole house if he felt only certain areas were in need of power washing. Everything looks great. He removed all the cobwebs that were an eyesore around our home. Then did a great job power washing the house. The screened in porch had mold on some of the white boards, as well as the tongue and groove high ceilings. He got all of that off, and it looks fresh and clean now. The handrails on the deck stairs and the side porch were covered in mold and mildew, and now look bright white again. The fence was also a mess, with green mildew and now it's all ready for the christmas garland to be hung! He rinsed all the windows in his service area really well too, so there was no spotting or streaking. We were very happy with the high quality work, and the price. It was so awesome that he got out and completed the work within a week of our call to request service! I understand that during some busy seasons that can't happen, but it sure was an added benefit to us right now!

Job went great. I had house and decks done and decided to go ahead and get front walk done as well. Roy is courteous and does great work. I will use him in the future on my house and also my rentals. I have a hard time finding people Roy and I give my highest recommendation. Thx.

My call was returned promptly and a visit to provide an estimate was set up. Roy came by and looked at the areas I wanted to have cleaned. He provided an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. We agreed on a date and time that he would be able to complete the job. He called to confirm he was on his way and came to take care of the cleaning. All of the work was done as agreed. He was thorough and did a great job as he had indicated. My patio, front steps, and driveway were all cleaned better than I had anticipated. Roy was very professional, courteous, and all the work done was more than satisfactory. I'd definitely use his services again.

He does an excellent job. Gave a price quote over the phone, was accurate to the price he charged. Was a big job and took the majority of the day, was very friendly and told me some things I could do to keep down mildew. Very helpful fitting me into schedule quickly, (especially compared to other quotes I got from other companies). Will definitely use again.

I sincerely wish that Angie's List allowed me to give an A+ rating! Roy has performed work on our house in the past and exceeded our expectations. This visit was no exception. This summer has been so humid, we knew we needed some areas cleaned. On Roy's recommendation, we had more work done than we originally planned, but it was MORE than worth it. The house looks as if it has been newly painted. All of the mold and mildew that accumulated over the summer is gone and we can now more clearly see what work needs to be done now and what is not necessary. The cost of this cleaning was money well spent. I would whole heartedly recommend Roy to all of our friends and neighbors. He is punctual, ethical, and professional. Our three story house badly needed pressure washing and we saw the reviews for the Hired Gun on Angie's List so we gave Roy a call. He replied promptly and when he came out, took time to review the property thoroughly before giving us what we felt was a very fair quote. He was courteous and we appreciated his excellent communication throughout. Our first planned date had a forecast of rain, so he checked in with us when the weather forecast was looking dicey the day before and said that he would call the next morning and see what the weather looked like, which he did. We rescheduled due to rain and he called to confirm before our rescheduled date. He arrvied on time and did a fabulous job. We would absolutely use him again!

An excellent experience from all aspects. Roy responded quickly to my first request for an estimate, giving a firm estimate from pictures I texted to him via cell phone. He was on site 2 days later, on time, and did an excellent job. Very professional and personable throughout...I'll go to him again when I need powerwashing.

Roy did a fantastic job on our home and driveway; making sure we stayed informed as to the service provided along the way! From first contact nearly a week before our scheduled appointment, to planning and follow up only a couple of days prior, Roy's service went above and beyond! Even with a short, over-the-phone, description of our home and what we wanted, Roy was able to give us an accurate quote that ended up being exactly what we were billed; how rare is that! Roy walked me around the entire house both before and after the pressure washing, taking his time to ensure we were aware of problem areas and offering to clean up areas we hadn't even thought pressure washing could help with. Both our house and driveway now look fantastic; good as new. After an initial appointment for just the house, we quickly booked with him to follow up and pressure wash our driveway as well. Roy even pressured washed a portion of our driveway just to show us the results we could expect when we got the full driveway done! Roy was quite simply what I hope (I wish I could say expect) from all small business owners. He loves what he does and he cares about doing a good job...not to mention he's a pretty likable guy. Roy got us on his calendar for an estimate and came out to our place as promised, surveyed the job at hand and offered up an estimate the next day. On the day of the job, the weather was looking rough but Roy stuck to it even though he had to sit out a storm for a short bit. We knew our house would be a bit of a challenge and Roy confirmed at the job site...but not as a gripe, simply as what it was...a challenge. Roy got the job done right, in a timely fashion and at a fair price. He even managed to get rid of most of the pesky wasp/nests that had chosen to take refuge by our roof line. We needed some other cleaning done and Roy advised us on multiple methods to tackle the job and gave us his recommendations...none of his recommendations by the way were the most expensive route. He did it all in good spirits and we felt he left with a feeling of accomplishment...suffice to say we were extremely happy with quality of work performed.

Roy is sooo awesome..He pressured wash our house and kick in our deck too for free!!!!!! We are so very happy with the results and its so wonderful to find some one so friendly!! He will be our number one go to pressure washer...LOL...thanks so much Roy!

I contacted The Hired Gun because of so many positive reviews on Angie's List. His reputation is well deserved. Roy was responsive, friendly, and reasonable. I had a long driveway that was in dire need of pressure washing, and his price was fair. He came on time to perform the work. He did a great job. There is no doubt I would call The Hired Gun again. The results were great, but more importantly, his professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service were impeccable.

Looked up pressure washers on Angies List and called Hired Gun ... Roy called me back and we set up an appointment for the next day. He was able to fit me in his busy schedule. He came and completed the work which was pressure washing the entire house to get ready to paint. The job was completed at the projected time, he did a great job and seems like a very honest and professional person. I enjoyed meeting him very much I was very happy with Hired Gun and since this was my first person to call on Angies List I feel good about that too.

Roy did an outstanding job for us. He is punctual and professional. Our home and driveway were filthy. We had a lot of mildew on the ceiling of our screened in porch and a lot of algae built up on our patio. All are now sparkling clean. We will definitely use Roy in the future and would highly recommend him to others.

Roy was fantastic. He was very responsive, coming out within a day to first survey and estimate the job then to return within a couple of days to do the job. I was amazed at how much better the driveway looked; it almost hurts my eyes it is so white now. But the truly amazing part was what he did for my paver patio which was really grungy with mold, moss and mildew. It looks fantastic now, ready for an afternoon bar-bq. Thanks Roy! Roy is a true professional and a most trustworthy person to do business with. He knows just the right amount of pressure to apply to minimize the possibility of water intrusion. The house was in really bad shape and he made it look virtually newly repainted. I will never use anyone but Roy for my pressure washing needs, including the next time I have the house painted. If the painter won't let me use Roy then I'll find another painter.

Roy was great to work with! He gave me an estimate in less than 1 day! Work was completed within 3 days! He communicates well through all aspects of the job. Then does a walk through afterwards to make sure you are satisfied. Great work and experience!

Everything went very well. Roy was punctual and everything looked soooo clean. I had used Roy about 4 yrs. ago and didn't realize that it was the same company that I hired him to do the job again. Roy will always be my first choice. Great job and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
