We could not be more pleased with Roy! Called in advance to reconfirm our scheduled date, was here on time and worked straight through until completion. Definitely exceeded our expectations; house, deck, porch, brick walls and driveway look great! And Roy couldn't be easier to work with. Especially liked the fact that he couldn't wait to show us the results; unlike other contractors, he is very proud of his work as well he should be. We will definitely use him again, truly excels in customer service, and we highly recommend him if you need pressure washing!

It went great! Roy is wonderful! Best pressure washing I have ever seen (I have seen many). The gutters and white overhang were extremely stained with black streaks from huge oak trees and mildew. Roy also washed the brick. The house looks as good as it did when built 60 years ago thanks to Roy. Gutters and overhang sparkling white. Over a month after job was done I still go outside and just admire the sparkling cleanliness. Roy even came on a Saturday. I wanted exterior of house cleaned before I had 19 people coming for Easter lunch. Everyone commented how good the house looked. I give Roy all the credit. The price was right.

It was great! Roy is professional and timely. The house sparkled when he was finished. Our house is over 100 years old and I was concerned about the original windows and doors and Roy made sure to be careful and still get everything clean. I appreciate the time he took to do the job well.

The house just shines after being cleaned, the deck is incredibly lighter and everything looks fabulous! He said 3 hours and that is exactly what it took. Roy cleaned up the area and was very professional in his communication and the work performed. I will definitely use him in the future!

Excellent job! Roy really went the extra mile and cleaned things he wasn't even asked to. Excellent service and communication throughout. Very simple and painless process. I never even had to be home for any appointments. Roy went by the house to do the estimate himself and once I confirmed, he did the job a few days later. Highly recommend and would use again!

He is very responsive, easy to work with, very conscientious, proud of his work, and follows through. He came by to look at the property, gave his recommendation of what parts did (and didn't) need cleaning, and the price. He called the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment. He paused halfway through the work to show me how things were going, and we walked around again at the end. I had to leave a little early before he was done with the driveway, and he called me one last time to let me know he was finished, how the driveway came out, and to see if I had any questions. He's top-notch to work with.

Roy came out and pressure washed our house again this year, and he is by far the Best !!! prompt service, on time appointment and this year he also did our brick patio deck. Call this guy before you make a mistake by using someone else!!!

The entire process from start to finish was professional. Roy arrived when he said, looked at the project, gave me a fair price and came back the following day to do the work. I called Roy on a Saturday thinking that he might actually be enjoying his weekend, I was wrong. He returned my call the same day and was able to fit me into his calendar 2 days later. A nicer, kinder person you will not meet. He called ahead of time and said that he could come earlier if it was convenient. When he arrived, I showed him a small area on my driveway that was discolored by the fall leaves. Not only did he get the stain out, he did the rest of the driveway and a sidewalk leading to the backyard that had spots on it too. My brick walkway was mossy and green and he did a great job of making it look beautiful again. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. I offered to pay him more but he wouldn't accept. I will definitely be using his services again and referring him to others.

Roy was very responsive from inquiry to estimate to executing the work. He arrived when he said he would and checked in with me as he finished areas. Roy wants to make sure he does a good job and more that the job is to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend and would use Roy, The Hired Gun, again.

Roy completely lived up to his reputation as a best service award winner. He promptly returned my initial call, called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. Roy was an absolute professional and offered fair and reasonable prices for his service. The quality of his work was spectacular and I have every intention of hiring him again in the future.

Called yesterday, got response next AM. He had a cancellation, came out ....we agreed on price and he did outstanding job. Surfaces were extremely dirty ...had not been cleaned in several years. Everything looks great.

Roy was on time, he did a great job and didn't leave a mess. Everything looks much cleaner and brighter, including the windows he washed. He even called a few days later to be sure we were satisfied with his work after everything had dried. We will definitely have him come back on a regular basis.

Quite simply, Roy and his work were excellent in every respect. Very professional, personable, punctual, at a very reasonable cost, using high quality equipment which saves you water cost, and lastly with superb results. The Hired Gun is amazing. He's reliable, consistent and highly effective. I've hired Roy to pressure wash my personal residence. When I came home after he finished his work, I swear my house shined. I thought my cement driveway was grey, but after Roy finished his handiwork, I learned it was a bright white! Hire the Hired Gun without reservation.

I contacted Roy on 3/1/16, and requested an estimate for having my home powerwashed. Even though he stated he would not be able to do it until the following week, he stated he would go by my home within the next couple of days to provide me with an estimate. As of 3/7/16, I have not heard from him. I find a contractor who fails to follow up on a commitment an indication of the contractor's professionalism and commitment to providing quality services. As a result of Roy's lack of response to a commitment he made, I would not recommend his services to another nor would I ever use his services.

This project was completed perfectly. This is the second time I have used this provider. Hired Gun and Roy is the only service of this sort that I will use. Period.

Roy returned my initial call very quickly and came out to my home to do a free estimate the same day. He gave me good advice on what to do and what not to do in order to get the most bang for my buck. Roy was able to quote me an exact price to do the job. I accepted and Roy came back the next day and performed the work. Everything that he cleaned looks great and Roy was a pleasure to work with. I called Roy today to see if he could come over sometime soon and pressure wash my patio. He happened to be in the area and said he could come right over. He came right away and cleaned the patio. It looks beautiful. Roy cleaned my patio in the spring of this year, and did great work. I forgot to write a review at that time. I have had this stone cleaned many times, and it has never looked as good as it has after Roy is finished. I called again because I have many leaves fall on the patio, and they stain it terribly. He said this should hold it for another year. He is going to come back another day when he has more time and do my driveway. Highly recommend!

I called Roy to get my client's porch pressure washed. I needed to get it taken care of ASAP and he fit me in the following day of calling him. I explained what I needed he gave me a quote of $75. The day of the appointment, I was running behind and Roy worked with my timing. I was then late due to an accident, but he didn't make me feel bad, he just got his equipment ready and wanted to go over everything before starting because he felt more needed to be done to make it look as good as it could. After quoting me $75 for the porch, he only added another $5 to do the entire structure. The results were amazing! Not only is he professional, but so nice and patient, taking the time to explain everything. I will not only be using him again for my clients, but for my own home.

Roy was very professional. He showed up at the agreed upon time and day for the service. He did an amazing job in cleaning all of my concrete areas! The very end portion of my driveway had been replaced recently so there was a marked contrast between the color of my old and new driveway. Roy cleaned my old driveway so well that there's hardly any contrast now. I also liked the fact that he does all of the work himself. I felt his price was very reasonable too.
