The Hired Gun Power Washing

As always it went perfect. This is the 3rd year I've hired Roy to pressure wash my entire house and he did an excellent job. I even had him work on my sidewalk and it turned out looking like new. I highly recommend Roy; prompt, courteous, and does what he says he will do!!

This is our fifth year to use The Hired Gun to power wash our home following the pollen drop. I did not consider calling anyone other than Roy Bauman. He has become a friend to us after visiting us each spring. This year we sold our home and we wanted to have it power washed before the new owner arrives. Roy was as responsive as always and worked around a crazy schedule we had - including the horrid traffic in our neighborhood right now due to the I-85 collapse. It was a challenge but Roy made it work. We like to support small local businesses and Roy is one of the hardest working men I know! We have moved to another state and I will be missing The Hired Gun at our new home! Thank you, Roy, for our years of service! I hope the new owner of our home calls you next spring!

Roy did a great job with our porch and we were pleased with the value. He used enough pressure to get it clean, but not so much to remove the finish. We'll look to him for future projects.

Roy is great! He is very responsive, scheduled us quickly, and everything (there was a lot of stuff) looks like new again!

This was our third time using Roy, the aptly named “Hired Gun” to refresh our hardscapes after another pollen-filled Spring in Atlanta. We love our outside space and over the years have installed stone patios, walkways, an extensive natural water feature and screen porch to our home. We’ve also spent a good amount on patio furniture to make those spaces as comfortable as some peoples’ living rooms. These spaces are great but given their proximity to trees and shade they can be covered in algae or mold in a relatively short period of time. I made the appointment a couple weeks early knowing he would be inundated with similar calls. Roy worked with me over the phone to go over the areas we wanted cleaned and also remembered that we’d postponed cleaning the exterior siding on the house the prior year (he either has a photographic memory or keeps great notes!). We agreed on a date and he called the day before to make sure we were all on the same page. He arrived on time and proceeded to transform our tired yard into a space we wanted to be in again. He is a one man show but thanks to his array of tools and expertise in using them he completed the job in about 3 hours. I was especially amazed at the transformation to the siding since it had not been cleaned that thoroughly in years. We use hardwood mulch around our home and I know from personal experience that it is easy to make a mess of the mulch when cleaning around all the edges of the stone. Roy powered through without any issues. The bottom line is that although we generally like to do most of our own home and yard maintenance, when it comes to pressure washing I leave it to Roy. Ultimately we save time, the hassle of renting the pressure washer/tools/attachments and most importantly the backbreaking labor of hauling the stuff around and blasting all our surfaces. He’s the best.

Perfect! Once again Roy nailed another job in our house. We have retaining walls in the backyard facing our pool. It was dark, dirty and I hated them when We bought the house. The Hired Gun came and did his magic - they look new, clean walls!

Roy is AMAZING! He went above and beyond and took the stress off my place with what I needed to get done with my rental. I had noticed some spots, mildew on my house, and asked if he would give a quote, he went out there and did what I asked and took care of some other areas as well. I had also asked him to look at a leak I was concerned about and took it upon himself to take care of it, no extra charge. This many is caring and talented. My house looks brand new. Then I had him to my residence and it's shockingly wonderful!! I can't recommend him enough! I will go to him as long as he is around! Id try and get him on the off season as I hear he books up. I feel like I have two brand new houses. :)

Third time we've engaged Roy. Can only echo other reviews -- Roy is a consummate professional and a perfectionist in his work. Trust his eye as to what results he can produce; he'll have surfaces looking spic and span and will clean away dirt and mold of which you were previously unaware. He takes as much pride in the finished beauty as you will.

Did an outstanding job. The house, deck and driveway looked as good as new. There were areas of the house I thought I would need to replace wood, when the job was done the paint looked as good as new. I was delighted with the quality of work and the reasonable pricing for the value.

Roy of The Hired Gun Power Washing was FANTASTIC! We are so pleased with the excellent work that he did to make our house, deck and patio look sparkling clean. I contacted him after reading his positive reviews and am so glad that I chose him for the job. He was quick to get the job scheduled and came out ahead of the cleaning to look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. He was super professional, friendly and courteous to work with. It is evident that he takes pride in the job that he does and was very careful to not disturb any existing paint or damage anything. Great communication--excellent results.

Doesn't get any better than The Hired Gun!!! Roy is so knowledgable regarding cleaning products, stain and paint. He was a huge help presser washing my garage floor then giving me suggestions about stain I was going to use on the floor? Stain highly flammable. Told me to turn off gas hot water heater and leave garage door open until fumes gone. That was a critical piece of information..paint store didn't say a word.

Roy was excellent from start to finish. He's a one man show and he puts love into what he does. I would highly recommend to anyone.
