We found this company thru Home Advisor. Out of all the companies that gave quotes, this one was the most affordable. I like that they split up the initial deep clean into two visits instead of one so I wouldn't have someone at my house all day long. The ladies are pretty thorough. The cleaners are all Hispanic but least one person always speaks English. An ideal situation would be to have the same crew every time but I never have to explain what I want each time because they keep notes on that. No cleaning session is ever perfect. I always notice a few things that need to be touched up. I bring it to their attention immediately and they always go back to fix it, no problem. An inspector from the company comes out during every session to check behind the ladies, which does give me a little peace of mind. One issue is that there seems to be communication issues at their ofc. But overall they're a pretty good cleaning company.

They had a list of things to do and knew exactly what they were going to be doing. They were really good.

This was their second cleaning and supposed to be an indepth cleaning. They used strong solvents on the wood furniture that took the surface finish off in many places. Used a harsh brush on the painted woodwork that dulled the paint. The women did not understand English and could not communicate. My husband repeatedly told them to stop using a Windex/ammonia compound on the wood surfaces but neither understood. Finally we had to give them furniture polish to stop them from using their products. They used excess amounts of bathroom cleaner and furniture polish that we provided, empyting the containers that should have lasted much longer. A glass patio door was scratched and will need repair, black marks from the vacuum cleaner hose were everywhere on the white walls necessitating my removal of them. A candle was broken and they repaired it with glue. Previous cleaning, a room deodorizer was broken and the container left on a window sill removing the paint under it. I do't feel that I ought to paying for a service that I have to repair and clean up after they leave. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with them overall. They were careless and took too much time in the cleaning process, 2 1/2 hours for a 2000 square foot house. I designated certain areas that I did not want them to clean and because of the language barrier, they did not understand and cleaned anyway.

Pam came out and gave us an estimate of the price and provided us with the list of what would be done every visit. She was very pleasant and professional. She even returned my phone calls promptly to answer questions and had the office call to set up the work. We had received a call from the office telling us that they would arrive between 12:30 & 3:00. The women arrived a few minutes before 3 ? right on time. They were professionally dressed for cleaning and very cordial. They emptied the trash, changed the sheets on one bed (as requested), vacuumed the floors and cleaned the hardwood floors. All of that looked great ? even beyond our expectation. That is where the compliments end. They did not vacuum inside the closets because we did not leave the doors opened. We were told they would be vacuumed if the floors were accessible ? there was no mention of leaving the doors opened. Since they had already put their equipment in the car and it was about 5:10 Friday afternoon, I did not ask them come back in. The rest of the house LOOKED clean, I told the women that and they left (the house LOOKED clean before they ?cleaned?). Upon further inspection I discovered that the deep cleaning was very substandard work. The kitchen cabinets and furniture still had a thin layer of dust on them. There was a sticky spot on the counter and there were crumbs behind the microwave and toaster oven. The bathtub ledge was clean, but the inside was still gritty and not scrubbed. I use hairspray that leaves a layer of grit on the bathroom counter. There were clean spots on the counter where spray had been directly applied, but other spots where it did not cut the grit. There was also a layer of dust on the cabinets. I called Pam about 6 pm and left a voice mail message stating that the house looked clean, I had told the women that and they left. I also told of the problems that I saw and told her that we would not be using her services any more. It is now Thursday and I have not received a return call from Pam or the main office. I will be writing them a certified letter so they will not charge my credit card again.

Poorly, frequently late. Tub was still dirty, they shook throw rugs into the living room they where were not contracted to clean, rather than shaking them outside.

Both visits have gone very well. The two women who clean the house are friendly, professional and hard-working. Our home hasn't looked this clean in years! The ladies are willing to listen and don't get upset if you point out something they've missed. During the initial visits they've had to work for about three hours each time, but future visits shouldn't even last two hours. On the very first visit, the supervisor arrived about two hours into the cleaning and inspected their work to insure they were doing a good job. I have no idea how often they will send a supervisor in the future. Be aware that they won't fix clutter; in fact, if an area is too cluttered they will just skip it. However, I can attest to the fact that having someone coming to clean is a good incentive to de-clutter in preparation for "getting your money's worth".
