They were punctual and somehow managed to finish our 0.45 acre yard in 10 minutes only, All the compnaies I used before took at least double that time. They serviced on May 23rd and we already started having a surge of mosquiotos by June 10 which is only 15 days after the spray unlike the 21-30 days timeframe which it shoudl have been. I worked in the garden for an hour and got bitten over 10 times on my arms and feets. I'm pretty sure that the agent did a very very very slooppy job just to check a box on his daily schedule. I wouldn't use them again!

They couldn't guarantee cause my foundation was the issue so he cancelled. Please refund my $849.00 Thanks

These guys are great and I went under contract with them. When I was selling my house buyers brought out their own inspector who stated they couldn't pass me on termites because they saw old activity. I called Mayday and they came out the next morning to see what this other company was talking about and handled everything. Other company just trying to get business. Additionally they beat the other company for whole house rodent and termite prevention by $300. Got that "special" termite letter required by VA from them also. Love this company and will use them on my new home. BTW in the past have used 2 other termite companies and then there was this last one buyers sent to my home so I am comparing them to 3 other companies.

There was no cost to me as the re-entry was covered by their lifetime guarantee. I could not have been more satisfied with their service. Kudos to Angel and his team!

The service went well, they were prompt in both their correspondence and services. I am very well pleased. So far I am still squirrel free; and I am comforted by the multi-year guarentee offered by this company.

The day of the exclusion, they came earlier than expected (which was great for me). The technician kept me informed as the work progressed and cleaned up any debris. The follow-up visits went well.

No problems. They have been friendly and professional. Just had basic seasonal treatment done; they've been out here twice for it so far. Not much to say other than all is well and the bugs are staying away!

The service technician from MayDay was very professional and answered all of my questions. He took time to inspect for key entry points and made sure that all of the treatments were out of our dogs' reach. When I asked him about monthly treatments, he said that he would recommend quarterly instead of monthly. I found the honest refreshing. Over the past week, we've noticed substantially less critters around the exterior of the house and found a few dead ones inside. I would highly recommend MayDay.

Did an excellent job. Came back several times to remove squirrels trapped in attic after exclusion system was installed.

They explained that they could get rid of the squirrels but with the wood siding they would just find another way to get back in after the house was repaired. I explained that I was going to get siding put on the house and they decided it would be best if I waited until the work was being done. I was given a full refund.

The service person was running a bit later on this day, than was previously arranged, but overall I feel he cased the area very well to pinpoint the exact point of entry and sealed it off adequately.

The technician didn't bring enough of the sticks to do the job and even used sticks that I had on hand and that wasn't enough to do the job. I called and requested that the tech come back the next day due to active mole/vole activity still evident. On Dec 3rd we still had mole activity and I called the tech. He said he would be back on Thursday December 4th. The Tech did not come out on December 4th or December 5th, and we never heard from him again. Still had mole activity and I couldn't handle them tearing up the yard so I went out and bought more gas sticks and just handled it myself for about $20.

Angel inspected the house inside and out to determine what kind of animals were in my attic and recommended a full exclusion service to seal out the critters. The workers installed the flashing and sealed the roof vents, then set traps, coming back several times to check the traps. Nothing was ever caught in the traps, but sealing seemed to keep the rats out. Mayday came back once more to spray disinfectant to kill the odors and deter critters from coming back.

They were on time and did a very good job explaining what was going on and what they recommend we do as a follow up. I plan on using them again.

The provider was nice and the interaction was good. Unfortunately, the provider informed me that he would not be able to do the work for the deal that I purchased, which caused me to request a refund for the purchased deal.

Angel was very nice and professional. His opinion was that I did not need this deal so I am requesting a refund. I appreciate his honesty.

This is the first time I used any kind of small animal control, so I can't compare, but it sure was a quick and pleasant experience. I heard noise from the wall in the bedroom, so I called May Day. Angel came out to evaluate on the same day afternoon. He went up to the attic and told me I have rats. He explained how rats got into the house. He and I went to the basement and he found rats' footprints. He explained everything they do to get rid of them, prevent them from coming back, and how much it cost. He gave me Angie's discount. His price was very clear and included tax. Oh, and he was not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. Two days later, Mike came out to set traps and sealed all roofline, covered all vents with screen, and cleaned gutter,too. He is also a very polite, nice man. He made sure to come out early and do all the inside work before I leave home. They will come out to check the traps every week until there are no activities found two weeks in a row. They are very professional and I will use them again.
