MayDay Pest Control

We've used Mayday for years and have always had great service from the techs and the office. We've done pest control with them, termite, mosquito and they even bat-proofed our attic. Solid company with great customer service.

I had a very annoying issue with squirrels in my attic. I could hear them in my walls scratching and chewing at my wires. I tried setting multiple traps myself but nothing worked. I called multiple companies for quotes and decided to go with Mayday after comparing them to the other companies. They gave me a very reasonable quote with a very solid warranty which made my decision very easy. After going with Mayday they came out and sealed my house off and set traps. Its been over 6 months and I haven't had an issue since. They stand behind everything that they say they will do which is why I recommended them to my sister who utilized their service and was happy as well. So I highly recommend you use them if you are looking for pest control.

Angel was on time and wore a mask. He inspected the attic and exterior and said that he didn’t think squirrels were getting in the attic because the work that a prior company had done was effective and there were no signs of recent entrance. We had been told by another company that we needed the work redone at a cost of $1,225 but I didn’t tell Angel about the prior inspection. Mayday Pest control did not charge for the inspection and suggested that I call around in an effort to locate the company that did the work because it’s probably still under warranty if I need assurance. I plan to use Mayday in the future because I trust them.

This company is very professional. I highly recommend them! Their prices are fantastic and their service is superior. I scheduled pest control treatment for my rental property. I also had a termite inspection done. They confirmed that I didn't have termites even though my property manager's inspectors tried to say that I did. Their termite treatment plan is far more reasonable than their competitors. I will continue to use them.

I had my gutters replaced. Mayday says ALL the pest exclusion (flashing) around roof line was removed. This is NOT true. Four feet are missing, which means 246 feet are still in place. They wanted me to pay $1000 to reinstate my pest exclusion warranty, stating that they had to install 250 feet. But they only would have to install 4 feet since 246 feet are still in place. They would not work with me at all unless I paid $1000. This is a SCAM!!!

Mayday was absolutely wonderful I had tried so many companies to get rid of the squirrels in the attic and none worked until Mayday came and took care of the problem. They gave a warranty for their work and after 5 years they charge a small feel to continue to guarantee their work. I am very pleased with therm.

May Day is excellent! They have never missed an appointment and their automated system makes scheduling and reminders so easy. They go above and beyond spraying for pests by using a leaf blower and making sure the perimeter of your home is clear and not attracting critters. Thank Hanks you for keeping our home safe!

Alex texted 15 minutes before arriving, very helpful. He thoroughly went through the interior of the house on all 3 levels and even went into the attic to spray. On the exterior he cleaned away old spiderwebs that formed in the corners, and even cleaned blew all of the leaves off the deck. Highly recommended.

Very pleased. The service included sealing exterior openings to prevent squirrels and/or other rodents from entering home and then trapping anything that may have already been in the attic, crawlspace or anywhere else. This was followed by several follow-ups to check traps until everyone was sure that there was no longer a problem. The initial service includes any needed follow-up for one year to ensure no further problems recur. Everyone I've dealt with could not be more pleasant. I highly recommend MayDay.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for pest control and I was very impressed. I called on a Thursday and they were out by 8:30a Monday morning. The tech, Alex, was patient and super flexible since I have an infant and four dogs. He was patient as I marched him around the house showing him my concerns and really took the time to figure out what I needed. The only negative was that he didn't do the garage but, to be fair, I said I only wanted certain interior areas done and totally forgot about the garage!

Excellent customer service! They were very thorough in explaining to me how the squirrels were getting in my attic and how they were going to repair and keep them from getting in again. Customer service was above and beyond-- I switched all of my pest control services to them based on their service and price!

Received a great price quote. Appointment day technician called to see if they could come early, worked all and I am happy with the overall outcome.

After the deal was purchased Christopher Plummer came to perform the service. However, he said he won't be able to do a good job and the mosquito's will be back in 1 week. He instead suggested that I contact my own pest control company. He decided not to complete the service. However his company still sent me $45 invoice saying the service was completed. I contacted the company and informed them about it. Today I got another reminder to pay the invoice for the work that was never done.

Called with a scare after hearing a strange noise in my attic. Technician famed right away and took care of my concern! Great service!

Expensive but well worth It! We've required repeat visits and they're good about follow-up. I did have to wait a week and a half before they could address my issue at one point because their schedule was so full. Howevet, they came out as soon as they could and the treatment and advice has been quite effective. All of the people I have met in person and by phone in the office have been nice and helpful, even when issues arose with pricing and scheduling.
