 + -1 moreI had my gutters replaced. Mayday says ALL the pest exclusion (flashing) around roof line was removed. This is NOT true. Four feet are missing, which means 246 feet are still in place. They wanted me to pay $1000 to reinstate my pest exclusion warranty, stating that they had to install 250 feet. But they only would have to install 4 feet since 246 feet are still in place. They would not work with me at all unless I paid $1000. This is a SCAM!!!

They gave a warranty for their work and after 5 years they charge a small feel to continue to guarantee their work. I am very pleased with therm.

 + -1 moreAlex texted 15 minutes before arriving, very helpful. He thoroughly went through the interior of the house on all 3 levels and even went into the attic to spray. On the exterior he cleaned away old spiderwebs that formed in the corners, and even cleaned blew all of the leaves off the deck. Highly recommended.

The service included sealing exterior openings to prevent squirrels and/or other rodents from entering home and then trapping anything that may have already been in the attic, crawlspace or anywhere else. This was followed by several follow-ups to check traps until everyone was sure that there was no longer a problem. The initial service includes any needed follow-up for one year to ensure no further problems recur. Everyone I've dealt with could not be more pleasant. I highly recommend MayDay.

 + -1 moreI purchased a deal through Angie's List for pest control and I was very impressed. I called on a Thursday and they were out by 8:30a Monday morning. The tech, Alex, was patient and super flexible since I have an infant and four dogs. He was patient as I marched him around the house showing him my concerns and really took the time to figure out what I needed. The only negative was that he didn't do the garage but, to be fair, I said I only wanted certain interior areas done and totally forgot about the garage!

 + -1 moreAfter the deal was purchased Christopher Plummer came to perform the service. However, he said he won't be able to do a good job and the mosquito's will be back in 1 week. He instead suggested that I contact my own pest control company. He decided not to complete the service. However his company still sent me $45 invoice saying the service was completed. I contacted the company and informed them about it. Today I got another reminder to pay the invoice for the work that was never done.

 + 0 moreExpensive but well worth It! We've required repeat visits and they're good about follow-up. I did have to wait a week and a half before they could address my issue at one point because their schedule was so full. Howevet, they came out as soon as they could and the treatment and advice has been quite effective. All of the people I have met in person and by phone in the office have been nice and helpful, even when issues arose with pricing and scheduling.
Description of Work: Bought an older home. Found evidence of past intrusion and infestation. Purchased the pest control treatment and maintenance plan and the the wildlife exclusion service.

 + 0 moreMayday personnel were always prompt and professional. Work has been do to our complete satisfaction. They came highly recommended by several sources. They truly performed as we expected based on these recommendations.
Description of Work: Roof rats had entered our town home. Mayday came out right away and gave us an estimate as well as one for each of our neighbors who requested one. Since multiple units in the neighborhood were being done at the same time, they offered everyone a group discount. They sealed our home to prevent any more roof rats from entering. They set traps to capture those that were in the attic and walls. They can back periodically to check the traps and remove anything they may have captured. After two weeks of no rats, they came back and cleaned up any drooping and disinfected any areas where they could see that the rats had been.
