Description of Work: Within 10 minutes of my paying for the Best Deal I received a call from Mayday to schedule the first visit. I was very impressed with such a quick response, as well as the polite professionalism shown on the phone and in person throughout the work. The first visit they secured holes and places where squirrels and rodents were getting into the attic of the house and garage. They were great at cleaning up afterwards, then came weekly for several weeks to check the traps they had set. We definitely would recommend them.

+ -1 moreCalled to see if the company could come. They did and on the same day. Originally quoted $1200 for sealing the attic and crawl space. Located coupon for $679 & scheduled the work immediately. Crew showed up on time and finished in one day - both sealing and trap setting. Company followed up to set times for returning to check the traps.
Description of Work: Searched for dead animal but unable to locate because it crawled into insulation under the floor of an addition that was built on a slab. Sealed house both at attic level and at crawl space level. Set and checked traps. Work was responsible and very efficient!

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the work that was performed. We recently bought the house and the attic had bats at one time. They arrived on time and explained exactly what they would be doing. They sealed up all the holes so no rodents could get in. We have not had any problem since. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: MayDay Wildlife Services arrived exactly on time this morning with a friendly, hard-working crew to seal my home against my small, wild neighbors. Paul, the foreman, went over the work order with me and explained what they would be doing. The team worked quickly yet carefully to plug all of the crevices in the 30-yr-old home. I'm sitting here watching a very ticked-off squirrel try to get back into the attic! They were VERY helpful and responsive - I WILL recommend them to my neighbors.

He installed an exclusion barrier under all the roof shingles edges near the gutters, installed hardware cloth over all the crawl space vents and custom built a barrier over an old coal chute opening. They checked the attic and basement/crawl space for infestation but found no evidence of rodents. After the work, he assured me that the guarantee was transferrable to new owners and that there is a 5 year warranty for exclusion of pests.They made a brief visit twice to check the traps and removed the traps after the 2nd visit.The (minor) only down side of the service was listening to the radio of the personnel. I don't listen to talk radio, especially right-wing views.
Description of Work: We were looking in Angie's List and the "Big Deal" offer was made for animal removal/exclusion services. As we were considering having this service done, we purchased the big deal. I contacted MayDay, set up the appointment for services and they were very prompt and were very careful when doing the work.They came back twice at weekly intervals to check baited traps and removed the traps after the 2nd visit.

+ -1 moreEverything went as planned. Two guys showed up and got right to work. The sealed up my roof line, installed an extruder, and explained that they would be back once the squirrels moved out. They packed up their gear and left. Literally 20 min later the mother made her way out through the extruder. She realized that it was a one way tunnel and became very frustrated trying to get back in. A few minutes later the two young ones made through the tunnel safely to their Mom. That was the end of that. Problem solved. If you have a problem with animals in your attic and want them removed quickly, humanly, and for good, call Mayday. You will be happy with the results.
Description of Work: I had squirrels in my attic, a mother and two babies. They were very rambunctious all throughout the night. The mother kept gnawing away at the wood right above my gutter. We have had animals in the attic over the years but these were unbearable. I went onto Angie's List to find help. I called Mayday and set up and appointment. The service tech showed up right as scheduled and I gave him a detailed description of what was happening. He was obviously familiar with the problems we were experiencing. He went up on the roof with and I-Pad and took some pictures to show me exactly what was going on. I could not believe how much chewing was underway. The service tech took the time to give me a detail explaintion of what he had found, explained animal behavior, and described the best solution.

I have a gentleman living in my house in return for doing repairs, and he was able to do the repairs, but once this guy moves on, I will DEFINITELY use this service. Description of Work: You have to leave a certain amount of space between the wall and the roof because of the heat in the summer. This allows for roof rats to get in. MayDay put metal in that space to block animals from getting into the attic.

I finally called May Day b/c they were offering a rodent exclusion coupon on Angie's List. They came out explained exactly how they were going to seal the house. I found them to be very knowledgable. They performed the work and came out 2x to check the traps. I have not had any problems since!
