Chuck Home Repair and Renovation

It start out with him want 50.00 dollar for the time slot. We agree on the quote and when he got here he change the price to hang the living room curtain. I send him pictures of everything and he said he didn't know that the windows was that long. He start to do and said he couldn't do it. He paint my ceiling a different color in the bedroom and the vents in which he didn't suppose to and said he didn't do that but he did. He broke my night stand and didn't tell me about until I ask him He said he was to busy to tell me about it. I ask him when was he coming back to correct these problems he said he got other project to work on and offer me 200.00 dollar today. I have been trying to get in touch with everyday this happens. He lied about everything he said he didn't do. All of our ceiling are white and vents. Got before and after pictures. I asking him for my money back accept for the TV and curtain robs. He use up some expensive paint we had in basement for another project to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bedroom that he supposed not have painted the ceiling and vents.

Can’t say enough good things about Chuck Home Repair & Renovation. The job started with a great quote for the amount of work to be done. Rafael & his helper arrived very early & worked all day in the blazing heat. They assembled a 12’x14’ gazebo on my deck & really did an outstanding job. The instruction booklet said this was a 2 day, 2 person job. They worked so diligently that the work was done in essentially 1 day & to perfection! They kept me informed of any issues that came up & offered helpful solutions for resolving them. Would definitely recommend & have already asked Rafael to do several other projects.

Rafael did an excellent job installing railing at my steps. It was a tough job for one but he put everything together in a short amount of time and got the job done very well.

He was efficient and worked to make sure all the jobs were complete. He admitted he had limited plumbing skills and there was a plumbing issue that he repaired but was still not working. I appreciate that when I asked him for a receipt detailing the work he had done since I would still to hire a plumber that he consulted with some others in the field and returned to fix my toilet with their help so I didn't need to call another provider.

He provided excellent customer service and did a great job! I would recommend him for hire and I plan to hire him for services in the future. I am very happy with The job he provided. Thanks for the referral!
