We provide remodeling, home improvement and handyman services, including all construction trades a home owner could need. We focus on providing an excellent product and pleasant experience at an affordable price so that you will make us your "people". We expect to be tested on a small or medium project so we can earn your trust for a larger project. The owner has been certified as and environmental hygienist and so his passion is "green" and "healthy" construction. We are both creative and exhaustive in our knowledge of the best construction materials & practices, both new & old, so please allow us to give you input into your next project. We have a deep stable of sub-contractors from when we were building million dollar plus homes and 500k remodels, but have our own staff for site management, handyman services and punch-out. We provide sample pricing on our web site so you can compare what you've paid before to our prices to confirm we are in fact affordable. Typical handyman work is billed at $40/hour with a 4 hour minimum. We do provide free estimates both by phone & at your site. To earn your business as an Angie's List customer we will give a 10% discount on your first labor billing and will also beat any other written, licensed & insured labor bid by 10%.
