We have already recommended MHI to others, due mostly to the cooperation and flexability over any differences in understanding of the work agreement. The workmanship was very good and the speed of completion was based on our discussions about schedule.

Marshall Mainard, the owner, was a very good salesman. He promised us he would do whatever it took to make us happy and to trust him. As work began on the remodel, it became apparent that he may or may not have had licensed workers designing and installing everything from wall framing to finish work. There was no project manager on site, per se and between myself and my wife, we became the people having to constantly look over the workers shoulders to ensure things were being done per our request. Communication was lackluster at best- one being the language barrier of his Spanish speaking workers. Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Although renovation have not started, we are quite please with MHI professional approach to design and construction. We plan to began construction in December 2010 using MHI as our contractor. Will comment on the finish product once completed. Sam McLaughlin [email protected]

We were pleased with the timeleness of the project, the services provided, flexibility of the contractor, as well as the communication. The end product was a large home office added onto our home. MHI provided more actual square footage as well as more upgrades than other contractors, at the same price. We worked closely with a project manager and they were flexible to several off our special electrical needs. We would certainly use them again.

We had MHI remodel our kitchen from the floor up. Working on short notice and within a strict schedule MHI was able to complete the job on time and on budget with results that exceeded our expectations. The tradesmen and subcontractors were professional arriving on time and handling those unexpected occurences that come with remodeling with a minimum of delay. The MHI staff addressed any concerns promtly and taking the time to explain each phase of the job to our satisfaction. The craftsmanship in the custom cabnetry and ganite counters is truely exceptional. Our new kitchen is not only more fuctional but also warm and inviting.
