Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly responsive and reliable! Dwayne called me within minutes of my quote request, he was on another call in the area and would try to get to me that day. He called two more times to give me updates on his timeframe and when he ultimately couldnâ t make it that day because the other job ran long, he put me in the schedule for first thing in the morning the next day and he showed up right on time. He will have all of my A/V business from now on!

Dwayne is a perfectionist, and it shows in every aspect of his work. He did a stellar job mounting my 75" TV at the perfect height and hiding all the cables behind the wall. His attention to detail, clean-up after the job, and work efficiency exceeded all expectations. I thought about trying to mount the TV myself, but after seeing the level of effort and expertise CI Designs brought to the task, I was extremely thankful I decided otherwise. If you have a job in CI's wheelhouse, I would highly recommend them to do it.
