The technician was very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, made suggestions to solve my problems and installed new equipment he suggested to improve my surround sound. He was excellent.

The installer, Dwayne Carrington, was professional, knew his complete product lines, understood what was needed and did the work carefully. He offered suggestions for various issues that arose and explained all work in detail. He was neat in his work environment, came equipped for the job (and more) and cleaned up his work area before he left. I would recommend this company and particularly Dwayne, to anyone else. I also would turn to them first for other work of this type. Overall, a well-done job done by a professional and personable technician.

Dwyane did an awesome job installing my TV and the sound bar. He made sure it looks clean and like a portrait on the wall. He doesn't like the cables to be seen anywhere. He concealed all the boxes inside the cabinets. Very professional. Would definitely hire him again..
