It went very well. Katrina was willing to meet me at a McDonald's first for my own comfort. She was on time. She was kind and patient with my curious three-year-old. Our family had previously used the same person to clean our house for three years and she didn't do half the things Katrina does. I can see Katrina becoming like family. She does a great job. She'll do anything you need. She changed a product for me no problem. She uses all her own products and her vacuum is pretty amazing with lots of cleaning tools attached. On weekly follow-up cleanings she hung up jackets and picked up toys we left out. Normally, a cleaning service will pick up an item and clean under and just leave it there. She tried to put things away. That's something I love. That's what I like about Lady of the House. It's about how you like things. I communicated to her on my first walk through how I prefer things and that's exactly what she has done, except she went beyond my expectations. She's in another part of Gwinnett County and had no problem traveling to me. I think you'll be amazed and satisfied if you decide to use Lady of the House. I normally don't write reviews, because I'm not easily impressed. That's why I decided I must write this review.
