Frank Gaddy's response: " No good deed goes unpunished! Out of charity we send a copy of the plan that was used to get [builder] a permit to do some site work at the property and I have to answer dumb questions!" When he was confronted with his rude response, he replied "kiss my a**."
Description of Work: Asked for more legible copy of a survey he performed in 2010.
