+ -1 moreAbout midway through all of this, someone calling himself upper management tried to intervene, but just like the others, continued to try to sell me more of the reversed decals. I do not expect any of my money back and I could maybe someday get them to send me the vinyl banners that I want at 10% off, but even with that, they would not quote me a price even if I were dumb enough to send them more money. I am sure they can be good, if they get your order right, but don't expect a refund if they do not. I now know they are overpriced as well. Linda K
Description of Work: I ordered 6 identical vinyl adhesive back banners with two names and 2 phone numbers, to cover old information with the new. 2 were to be 4" by 28" and 4 to be 4" by 26". I had assistance putting my proofs together and in placing my order with one of their reps. The 2 longer ones arrived perfect but the other four were delivered as reverse clear decals (pictures are available if they are allowed). I contacted the company immediately but the they refused to change anything.... they want me to buy more of the wrong ones. I have 14 emails where they kept offering to send the same wrong decals with a 10% discount. I felt like I was being mocked. I give up but if anyone wants to see the emails, let me know (if it is allowed).

+ -1 moreThe customer designs what they’d like; the company creates the banner, and then sends it back to the customer. They sent back precisely what I sent to them. The turnaround was quick, was of great quality, and I still have it hanging in my garage. I have no complaints.
Description of Work: They made a display banner to be shown on the town green to get people to come to the grand reopening of the historic Carroll House.

+ -1 moreOnce I accustomed myself to their website ordering process after my 5th call to Cusomer Service everything went smoothly. Nobody will ever accuse their website of being "user-friendly", however. The customer must conform to ITS requirements (and not vice versa). That said, I WILL use their services again and recommend them to my friends. My finally speaking with a US-based customer service person MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

+ -1 moreThe costs were inexpensive and less than I expected. I know people who have similar services done and paid twice as much with different companies. They performed fantastic work and got the sign to me very quickly. I knew exactly what I wanted and called their local office to produce the sign. The employees were great and the communication was very good without any problems. I’ve passed their name along to a couple other people. They custom designed the sign for me and they were very accommodating with the changes I wanted to make.
Description of Work: They made a 4’ x 10’ perforated plastic sign. I’ve use their service for a couple of signs.
