Rodriguez Painting

Rodriguez painting gave a very detailed estimate of work to be done. They showed up when promised and did a wonderful job. We have gotten many compliments on the house. the only downside was sloppy clean up. I would recommend to neighbors and friends.

We have used Rodriguez Paining again here recently and also about 10 years ago. They do quality work and complete the job quickly. We used them the first time because they were the lowest quote and again because they do great work and were still the lowest quote.

Rodriguez Painting, identified by their orange color, did a terrific job painting my house. I called and scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, did an assessment of my house, talked me through what to expect, gave me a fair quote and a folder which contained a copy of their business certificate, insurance, references and a detailed estimate which included a description of the work that would be completed. We scheduled the date to paint. Noel was terrific and I was impressed with the crew of 3 who displayed amazing teamwork. They were polite, courteous and professional and worked very hard every day. In 3 days my house was done and it looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Rodriguez Painting.

I had Rodriguez Painting paint my mother's home, and the whole process was great from start to end. The painters were very nice, and they worked very hard. I was able to negotiate the price, and get them to do the job. The manager at the office was very kind and willing to help me with the estimate. I just got another estimate so they can do my house as well. This company is fantastic!

Painter was on time. Price quote is for a lower end paint. Small crews, but finished the job in two days. Walk through with painter after job finished Paid when everything is satisfied.

The workers worked really hard and the work turned out well. They were always on time. I rated them B because they had a scheduling conflict that affected the job.

My parents just got their house painted recently with Rodriguez painting and they were very satisfied with the project. The estimate given was very fair and the job was done smoothly in about 3 days. They mentioned plenty of times that we didn't have to pay until the job was completely to our satisfaction and they meant it. We were referred by our neighbors and once our house was finished they received a referral check and we're getting one as well for writing a review. I would definitely recommend and hire again. My experience with Rodriguez Painting was great from beginning to end. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful in scheduling an estimate and then an appointment. On the day of appointment the painters showed up on time and were very professional. Loved the end result on my home. Will continue to call them on future projects.

I hired Rodriguez painting to do the interior of my home and they did an amazing job! Made the process smooth and painless! Will use in the future!

It was obvious to us that they only did one coat of very light painting. They didn't stand by their advertisement because they told us they would do a credit to us if we called within a certain time of the work being completed. They did not honor that. The job looked good when it was done, but now after a year, we have noticed the paint cracking around the windows. I have called them and they have never sent anyone out as promised.

Do NOT use Rodriguez Painting. They do not stand behind their work. They tell you they provide a 3 year warranty on their work and even give it to you in writing but they do NOT stand behind it when you actually have an issue. They painted my house and deck a year and a half ago, and the paint is chipping very badly. Instead of repairing it they are saying it is due to poor quality of wood. First off, the wood is only around 4 years old so I find it hard to believe the wood is actually bad. Second, if the wood was bad, they should never have painted it in the first place. Do NOT recommend.

This was 8 days of absolute frustration and customer abuse. The job was to start on July 8 with a pressure wash and noted repairs. The crew was to come at 0900. After two phone calls to the office and with no returned calls a one man crew showed at 1155. He washed with no repairs leaving around 1430. He stated he would return at 0800 on Monday 11 July. On 11 July the same one man crew finally shows at 1030 again with calls to the office and again with no call backs. You can see the trend. Showing up late, stopping work early (1400-1500) daily, and no return calls from the office. On Wednesday 13 July the painter did not show at all but called at 1205 saying he was not coming. Tuesday 12 July was the only day there was a two man crew, but they tripped over the AC compressor costed me a $90 repair to reconnect wire and replace a shorted fuse. Finally got a district manager, Carlos, on Monday 18 July and made it clear that the painter will show at 0800 on 19 July and complete the job or get off the property. The manager at Rodrigues told me on 18 July that the reason that the job went long was b/c I demanded extra work and that I wanted the doors painted. This is absolutely FALSE! There was only one corner board not listed on the repairs and the painter volunteered to replace if I bought the piece. And I thought that doors are include in the painting of a house. The point is that a paint job that should take 2-3 days took 8 days and then they blamed the customer. The worst was yet to come. On 20 July I received a call from Rodrigues Painting wanting to know if I have considered their estimate. They wanted to know would I hire them if they would work on the cost for me on the same job they just put me through 8 days of total frustration and abuse. This company is a broker for painter and have NO control of these contractor and NO control over their own office. Nightmare!

Very well...they were polite,on time, and did an excellent job on our house. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a good experience with this company. I compared them to 3 other quotes I received for the same exact job they were very affordable with me being a single father of two small boys. They were on time, kept me informed of the progress, courteous, and professional with their work.

Rodriguez Painting did excellent work painting out whole house exterior. They performed a detailed inspection to identify needed wood repairs. They listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us a reasonable cost estimate. The painters were efficient and thorough. The foreman went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the job. We were completely satisfied, and the house looks great! Would definitely use them again.

They were great! So easy to work with I got quotes that were almost double their price for the same work!. The painters were great easy to work with and all communication was perfect! Why pay more when you don't have too! This company does what they say and I would use them again in a minute.

I am going to negotiate with them. Their price is not broken down in a way that is usable for me right now. I am going to try to get a price that is specific for what I need. They market themselves for giving you a price for either a small house, medium house and large house. The price they gave me was a little higher than what I wanted or expected it to be. I have a question with them about the actual size of my house in relation to their pricing formula. They seem to be pretty organized and prompt and they were here on time. They haven't done the work yet. One thing I find comforting is that they only use Sherwin-Williams paint so I am very familiar with the quality of their paint. It is good to know that, on paper at least, they don't use a substandard product. They have called me back a couple of times so far. They are going to be doing my windows as well including prep, prime and paint. The worker/estimator who came out to do the estimate seemed fine. He was dressed professionally. He looked a little young, I thought, but I had no problem with it. I asked a question about the type of window putty replacement product they used, but was unable to answer that. I called their office and got the answer. I have the feeling that they would do a good job.

Carlos Narrios gave me estimate in July $3920, since we signed up with the company that day, the price was going to be $2590 for the entire home. Carlos who I had no idea of whom he was, called and explained there would be an additional charge of $50 per ceiling at a later time. I felt that nothing was communicated properly, and the owner apparently does not take responsibility. They are not professional painters, didn't speak English. I had an issue with the office workers who dispatch the painters. Main concern was the communication with Perla, Abela, and Carlos (wouldn't give last names). I asked to speak with the owner Antonio and they hesitated to see if they could remedy the problem and I was never able to get in direct contact with him. Everything about my experience was exhausting, especially during the back and forth communication with those three individuals. Whoever is "running the show" or "in charge", at this point I'm not sure who it is, does not know the way to do business. Since they have stopped coming in, I've hired a professional contractor who explained that they did the work way too fast, used sub standard paint called Sherwin Williams Property Solutions Egg Shell, it was sloppy, and careless work. I just want to put this out there to make others aware. I was fearful of this company from their behavior, and unprofessional behavior that I would end up having to contact a sheriff.

Workers were diligent and professional. They could have done a better job of cleanup. Overall, I am pleased with the experience.

We could not be more pleased with Rodriguez Painting. The were our lowest estimate, and I was a little nervous to go with them because of the price difference. You sometimes get only what you pay for. But not with these guys. They were extremely professional and did a fabulous job. They started and finished on time, and the house looks perfect. They even painted our dog house to match the house, trim and all, at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing a painter.
