The job done by Rodriguez Painting was OUTSTANDING to say the least! Fernando and his crew always showed up on time, sometimes early, (a big plus in my book) and always worked well past 5:30-6:00 many afternoons. The entire crew was very professional and courteous, and accommodated each and every request or change I asked for. The prep work and wood repairs were MASSIVE (they probably spent the best part of 3 days doing just this), but were all EXCELLENTLY done and absolutely the BEST I have seen. Fernando and his crew are master craftsmen, as well as painters. No shortcuts taken! Most all of the painting was done by brush using top-grade Sherwin Williams paint and resulted in one of the best painting jobs this building has ever seen in the 30 years I have lived here. I would recommend Rodriguez Painting in a heartbeat and will definitely use them in any of my future painting projects. JOB WELL DONE! ! AAA+++

I wasn't completely satisfied with the job they did.

The painters have done an excellent job painting our home despite the fact we took so long to make up our minds on the color change of our stucco. I cannot wait to see what they are going to do with our interior rooms. I highly recommend them.

Ramon and crew arrived each day as planned and did an excellent good with carpentry work and exterior painting. I have the best looking house in the neighborhood.

Rodriguez Painting is the hardest working company in Business I have ever seen. They are fair, honest, up-front, and willing to patiently answer questions and get the job done. The exterior painting looks marvelous. I was in such amazement how detailed they pressure washed my home and they completed the exterior painting and replaced the rotten wood. The painters were awesome and such gentlemen! I have been scammed in the past but Rodriguez Painting made me feel completely comfortable with the whole crew working diligently to transform my home. The crew cleaned up the site every evening. I have only good things to say. Rodriguez Painting has been wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them because they have reasonable prices and are a real pleasure to work with.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service received from RODRIGUEZ PAINTING. The painter was dedicated to his work, did not waste any time and was very skilled in his craft. The office answered any questions I had and was extremely professional in our dealings.

I had to call them several times before the phone would ring. I kept getting a busy signal. I was not aware that businesses even allow a busy signal anymore. When I was finally able to speak to a young lady, who sounded very exasperated and was making comments to someone else while I was on the phone with her. By the end of the call I scheduled an appointment for January 29th at 10am. She informed me that they would be there between 10am and 11am. The next day, the appointment time passes with no call from the firm. At 11:05am I call the firm and gentleman answers and I explain that I had an appointment scheduled for between 10am and 11am and no one has shown up. He places me on hold for approximately 5 minutes. When he returned he simply states that they were held up in traffic and they will be there in 20-30 minutes. There was no apology, nothing. Given that I live literally down the street from them, that they would have been prompt in coming to my house. I told them not to bother coming over. If they cannot keep a simple appointment and act professional I do not think they would be professional in painting my house. I would not recommend them.

The crew was very professional, curious, quiet and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. The job took three and a half days. They never took a break and worked at least nine hours everyday. I would definitely recommend Rodriguez Painting to family, friends, and my neighbors. And I will be using them the next time the house needs painting.

They were professional from the estimate thru til the job was finished. The crew arrived promptly and completed in 1 day as promised. They did an excellent job, better than the home builder painter as certain their work will last much longer.

Crew was very professional and on time from start to finish. Moved all furniture from lower deck and cleaned up when finished. I am very pleased with work and service. I will definitely use them in the future in fact I have a appointment later in the week for an estimate on getting some interior painting done.

I first used Rodriguez 2 years earlier (exterior and interior) and they were excellent in every way possible. When I called back in 2011 to have my rental house painted (exterior) one lead guy showed up late, with no crew and no supplies. The person who did show up told me I should cancel with the company and let him do the work himself so he could get all the money. I said no and called the company. They gave me a lot of lip service and left this person as the team lead for the project. He then did such a bad job I ended up asking them to leave. I did make a complaint to the BBB because I wanted the job repaired correctly. They would not correct their work and I ended up having to pay another company to complete the job. The amount I had to pay to complete the job was more than Rodriguez was charging for the complete job. This company can be great if you get the right crew but you have to be sure you get the right crew.

Julio and his partner started early in the day and worked steady until late in the afternoon. Kept me informed on what they were doing and were available to answer all my question. Am very pleased with Rodriguez Painting.and had them paint my daughter's house in 2013.

By far the most reasonable pricing for the work done. The crew was friendly and punctual. Our house needed significant "minor" repairs, which were addressed in the first day of the three day process. The work was completed in the three days quoted, the house looks great and there was little to no evidence that they were there after they left.

Upon contacting them, they were quick to come out and provide an estimate. Once we agreed on services, they came on time and were professional. The crew had a copy of the estimate and explained what services would be provided. They were thorough and conscientiousness. Julio and his crew was superb and they went above and beyond what I had expected. They were punctual and true to their word. They completed all the tasks listed on the estimate and all on a timely fashion. My house looks beautiful.

Pressure washing - That was Good Wood Repair - F. They cut way to many corners. Rather than repair the whole wood panel they cut out portions on the wood that are rotten to keep from paying the price of the panel. The painter painted over rotten wood multiple times and when questioned stated it wasn't covered in the price. He had to be called back to the house 3 times and never completed all the areas we had complaints with. He left scraps of wood in the yard. When he was questioned about substandard wood repair he acted like he couldn't speak English. If you need to rpair rotten wood use someone else. I will now have to hire someone else to repair the siding correctly. They also cut a wire in the attic when they replaced the siding on the upper level and I did not find out about it until months later because the room electricity would not come on. After having multiple people come out I finnaly found a company that took the siding back down and discovered they left a live wire cut. The painter had to know the electrical company said because he had to get a jolt. They would not refund and claimed it was not their fault. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. From the beginning to the end, it was a delightful experience. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. We will use the company in the future whenever we need painting done.
