We hired a designer from HCO outlets to come out to our house and provide us with a design for our kitchen expansion. The designer came out and provided us with a picture, parts list, and pricing. We used this parts list to order our cabinets from a different distributor, only to find out that the parts list we received from the HCO designer was extremely faulty. Wrong depth size cabinets, wrong crown molding style, baseboard instead of kickboard, additional pieces that were unnecessary, etc etc. We have asked HCO repeatedly to stand behind their employee's mistakes and refund us for the $275 design fee. I have not asked HCO to take responsibility of reordering all the wrong parts (I am taking a huge loss on these mistakes). I have simply asked them to stand behind their employee's mistake, and stand behind the inaccurate and faulty service we received.... and issue me a credit for $275 design fee. Company refuses to help me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
