I did not use this due to scheduling issues. He was polite and very straight forward.

Ivan was great. I missed him the first time he came by. He left a note and rescheduled quickly and didn't charge for the first visit. The old disposal had rusted so badly he needed to cut it out (more than he bargained for I'm sure). He still made the replacement quickly and cleaned up. He was very professional and courteous, A+ in my book.

Ivan did a great job!! Once the deal was purchased, he contacted me within one day to arrange a date for the work to be done. He arrived on time and ready to work. There were a couple of unexpected things that came up but he had the necessary parts and equipment on his truck to work through the issues. I have other work to be done and will definitely keep John's Creek Plumbing on my list of "go to" contractors and would highly recommend him to others that are in need of a great plumber!!

The provider was very professional. called me as soon as I left voicemail and agreed to come withing reasonable time. He was punctual on the day of service and finished up work within a hour or so! Very professional and on finished up on time! Would recommend his service since a provider whom I contacted earlier was not punctual and not not professional in dealing with client! Thanks

The water line was replaced and the stone pathway was put back in place. I also asked Ivan about a broken kitchen sink sprayer. He assessed the problem, I thought I had to replace the whole faucet system...he said oh no--you just have to replace this piece--the piece that held the sprayer to the sink. He said it was a quick fix! Her promptly went to the hardware store got the piece, replaced it and it was fixed! This demonstrated to me how honest Ivan is...He could have said, oh yesMary , you have to replace the whole system..I would not have known the difference. So for an extra $25-included part and service, it was fixed. If you are looking for an honest, efficient plumber - John's Creek is for you.

Ivan is professional and efficient. He installed the disposal and changed out the water lines. Cleaned up his work area and left. Update 11/6/14: I used my dishwasher and had an issue as it didn't drain. I called an appliance repairman (another Angie's Deal) who came out and ran a diagnostics. He was able to drain the water from the dishwasher once he removed the hose from the disposal. He concluded the issue was with the disposal and not the dishwasher as it functioned fine when not connected to disposal. I called Ivan and told him what had happened and he came 3 days later to fix the problem by removing a piece of metal/plastic from the hose intake area with a screwdriver. I asked if it was a piece for those who didn't have a dishwasher to hookup and he said no. I off-handedly said it must have been a manufacturing issue and he didn't agree/disagree. Ivan tested the draining problem and it seemed resolved. I called the manufacturer of the disposal to report the "plug" problem and was told that this plug was not a defect and found in new garbage disposals and plumbers should be aware of this. I looked at the installation directions and this step to remove the plug when attaching a dishwasher hose to the disposal is definitely addressed. I will also say at the time of the initial install, Ivan told me I had purchased a good product. I assumed he was familiar with this disposal when he said this. Anyway, I feel as though he misled me on the repair issue and also cost me an unnecessary expense for the dishwasher repair tech to come out to my house. Very disappointed in the "shady" follow up repair.

The plumber arrived on time and completed the work timely and with excellent quality and professionalism. Would definitely use again.

When the provider examined my water meter, he concluded that the water leak was not coming from my sprinkler system, but must be coming from another source. With permission, he examined my neighbor's water meter and determined that the leak was caused by my neighbor's faulty underground sprinkler. The provider assisted my neighbor to locate and cut off the water source, thus the leak was stopped. I was very impressed with the provider's professionalism, efficiency, expertise and problem solving skills. Moreover, when the problem was fixed, the provider left without payment. When I called him to offer payment, he declined because he said that the problem was so minor and he was glad to help. He only suggested that I keep him in mind for future plumbing jobs, which I will gladly do. His generosity was overwhelming because he not only helped me, but he helped my neighbor as well. Needless to say, I have also recommended him to my neighbor.

Called Ivan at 1:01 and described to him the water leak issue we were having and he gave me a ballpark quote, unlike many others I had called. He arrived at 2:10 and had the problem resolved in 35 min. I got honest answers without a pushy sales approach and profession friendly service throughout the whole experience.

Great! Ivan arrived on time, assessed the problem, fixed the regulator and cleaned up. Our water pressure reading went from an all too high 140psi down to the correct 50-55psi. We will definitely call Ivan again when our hot water heater needs to be replaced and we will enthusiastically refer Johns Creek Plumbing to our friends and neighbors.

Ivan answered my call and scheduled the appointment for the next day. He called in the morning to let me know he was on the way. He, showed up on time, was very professional and very clean. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and charged a reasonable fee. I was very impressed with the service provided and would certainly will use him for future plumbing needs. I was VERY impressed with the service provided from the first phone call until the job was completed. I first called on July 3rd and even though he had a full day, he offered to come that evening if I needed my grill for the next day July 4th. I did not need it the next day so he offered to come on Saturday the 5th at 9:00am. As I mentioned I could not be happier with the service and it was clear that he is incredibly knowledgeable. I will be calling Johns Creek Plumbing for all of my needs.

The plumbing was good. I decided to use them because of the reviews in the Angie's List so that was very helpful. They did a good job. He's very professional. He explained everything. I had the service that they did for me. I was very satisfied with him. They're excellent. They fulfilled it. Their clean-up may not be perfect but it's okay.

He answered the phone when I called. I gave him a brief description and was provided an estimate on the phone. Fortunately, he was able to come the same day (on time) and perform the repair. The job was done properly, professionally and at the quoted price, even though he ran into a couple of issues. I will definitely use this service again, if needed.

Very smoothly. Ivan is prompt, courteous and professional. My only reason for the "B" grade in pricing is that I didn't shop for competitive quotes, so I'm not sure - his quote was sufficient for me to proceed.

I chose this company after I read the reviews received. All the reviews were about Ivan, owner of the company. I spoke with him,, told him what I needed. He quoted a price that was less than others. The only problem was that Ivan was going out of town and could not do the work until the following week. The hot water heater was over 20 years old and I didn't want to wait that long. He suggested that Jose, who sometimes works with him, could get the job done the current week. He assured me that Jose;s work was excellent and even mentored Ivan in the past. I gave the go ahead. Jose called a little ahead of the appointment to let me know that he was picking up the hot water heater and would arrive shortly. Jose with his helper arrived on time, and was very professional during the whole process. They were careful and made sure the area around the hot water heater was left clean and dry. When I showed Jose which toilet tank needed to be fixed, I commented on how dirty the inside walls of the tank were. He said he would clean it and he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use this company for future plumbing issues.

Ivan showed up on time ( that never happens with plumbers). He changed the valve. His price was very reasonable. We are happy with the overall experience and we will most definitely use his services in the future. An honest, depandable reasonably priced plumber- what a concept !! We thought they did not exist anymore.

Ivan spent about 45 minutes troubleshooting the problem and found the issue and corrected it very easily. I was completely shocked when he said it would only cost me $55. I was expecting to pay a lot more. I will definitely call him again if I have a problem.

There was leak in my kitchen and water was flooded in to the floor. I called Ivan and showed up on time and he found the issue with faucet and able to fix it in 5min. Price was very reasonable. I called two other plumbers who are on Angie's list but response from them was not at all good and finally I called Ivan. I am completely satisfied with his service and i will call him in future for any plumbing issues.

I called Johns Creek Plubming after getting a very costly quote from another company ($1,167). I was recommended to JC Plumbing by two other friends who had used the company. He was responsive, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend JC Plumbing, and I will call them again in the future with my plumbing needs.
