I probably wouldn't use them in the future.

Ivan went over and beyond... The unit I'd ordered online from Home Depot turned out to be faulty, so he took it back to the local store, arranged my refund, got a new one, brought it back and installed it. That's service!

He called before he came. Asked if he could be early and it was fine. Nice guy. Very quick and did great work will use him again.

He didn't turn off the water correctly prior to removal so water went everywhere including under the pine floorboards of my kitchen causing them to later warp and mold.

Ivan arrived on time, was courteous and replaced the outdoor faucet (and some connecting copper pipe) quickly, using a much better faucet than was there originally. The price was very reasonable, and we plan to use his service again.

He replaced disposal very efficiently and neatly. Would call him again for needed repairs.

Installer was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He called ahead, showed up on time, and showed us the problem with the initial install, and why we had issues, and what he was doing to install the new system correctly.

Ivan was on time, called ahead to tell us he was on his way. He maintained a very clean and tidy work area. Best plumber I have ever used. He did a good job. He was fast and came on time. He did everything. We were happy with him. He came within the week. We purchased the garbage disposal. He was professional and it's been working fine since he came. He did his job and left.

Response time from request for services was excellent. Ivan arrived on the front end of the time window. He moved to work immediately and made allowance for a problem with a missing part from the unopened box I purchased from home depot. I needed to go to Home Depot to find a replacement Kitchen Faucet which took about 30 minutes. He provided friendly curtious service and was able to complete everything I asked of him in a timely fashion. I would use Ivan again in a heartbeat.

Ivan was great. He advised me over the phone on the type of garbage disposal I should buy given my needs. He was able to do the job the next day. He called with his ETA the day of the appointment, and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He was fast and focused on his work, but yet very friendly and welcomed questions. By the time he left, he had triple-checked that everything was in working order. He also kept his work space and surrounding area immaculate - there was absolutely no cleaning needed by me after the job was done.

Ivan was very professional and installed the customer provided garbage disposal, as well as removing a garbage disposal that was installed on the other side of the sink. He explained that the pipes would have to be reconfigured and that the cost would be an extra 120 dollars plus the extra 120 dollars that they charge for the deals on Angie's list. I'm not sure if I got a good deal or not but never the less is done and he did a good job.

It went very well, excellent in fact! I called Ivan to discuss the problem and he made time in his schedule to come out today (Saturday). We had a leak coming from the first floor into our lower level garage area. We thought it was at the elbow joint but Ivan was able to determine that it was actually behind the wall and leaking from above. It was a very hard repair to make but once he determined the problem he set about to fix it in record time. He had to make some cuts that were very difficult to maneuver and hard to reach but he stayed with it and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with his work on this job and others he has done for us. We originally found this company on Angie's List and he is our "go to guy" for ANY plumbing issues. He is prompt, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend Ivan to anybody that needs plumbing work done and plan to use him when we remodel our master bath.

I called Ivan one day...he was at our location the next morning! I had explained we had an exterior sump pump that had burned out and we needed it replaced. I told him we wanted one that was industrial-strength. He came by at the specified time; checked the "dead" pump; located a dealer nearby who had a replacement; picked it up; and had it installed and tested, all within a 2 hour time span. I was particularly impressed by his testing: he turned the hose on the pump to get the water to rise to a sufficient level to ensure the pump was working as required. Past experiences led me to be surprised and pleased by this level of service! When he left, he handed me the manual for the new pump and told me if we had ANY problems to call him. Ivan will now be my ONLY plumber.

It went well. He was professional, polite, and on time.

Ivan came out to give me a quote which was far better than other company's quotes in the area. He had the utility company's come out to mark the buried cables ahead of time. He set a date to do the install and Ivan and crew were there as promised. They did excellent work which went quicker than expected. I am super happy with the quality of work and Ivan is very easy to deal with. Johns Creek plumbing is very good and will be my go to plumbers in the future.
