Ivan from Johns Creek Plumbing was very prompt and courteous. We had a horrible time locating the water shut off valve which took over an hour and a separate trip, but he did not charge me, complain or give up! I had two o ther quotes that were with 100 to 150 of Ivan;s quote, but it sounded like there were lots of other little charges they would nickle and dime you on depending on the situation. The names of the companies I chose not to use are Reliable and Lonnies. Within two hours Ivan had dug a 4 x2 trench next to the driveway and replace the damaged pipe. He took a picture of his work prior to filling the area back in. He did a very good job making sure that there was no major sink hole affect where he filled in the hole. I would definitely recommend Ivan. Well maybe not so I can keep him for myself! Great job Ivan!

There was a leak in the main line, under the side walk. The length of the line is about 65 ft. The point were the line was going inside the house was also above ground level. So the work was to repair the leak, and also bury the line a foot inside the ground. Instead of repairing just the leak for over $600, I decided to get the whole main line replaced. I called at least 4 different plumbing companies to give me a free quote. Some were professional, some were not. Some quoted extremely high. Delta plumbing quoted the maximum of $2400, Aaron plumbing quoted $1800, another quoted $2200. It is not that Delta said they will do something extra, everyone said the same thing, and had the same kind of warranty on their work. When Ivan of Johns Creek Plumbing quoted $1250, I was surprised. Thanks to AngiesList, when I said I found him on AngiesList, he also gave me 10% off. He had good reviews on here and Kudzu, so I decided to go with him. He was very professional, prompt. He came on a Sunday, and finished the work. It's been over a week, and I don't see any problem. He also gave me 5 year warranty on his work. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.

Ivan responded immediately (less than an hour) to my call, assessed the situation and offered a creative solution that was quick and much lower in cost than another firm had proposed. Work was done immediately. I would highly recommend him. He is both personable and professional.

Water line broke underneath the double driveway of our house in Cumming. Called several plumbers and Ivan was the only one who rearranged his schedule and got to the house the same day as my call. He suggested a few options and included the lower one of disconnecting the current line and installing a new one without having to destroy the driveway. His team handled all the details, including having the utilities come in to mark the ground where they could not dig, and kept us in the loop with everything. Emailed me a quote within a few hours of going to the house. Great communication, great work, great price, great cleanup (couldn't even tell they had been there). He also did a check on the sinks and toilets without our asking and without charging for it. Changed a washer on a toilet without additional charge. I would definitely hire Ivan again!

I called a number of large and small companies that could do this project. My first inclination to work with Johns Creek Plumbing was the quck response to my voice mail, very easy set up of inspection of my house and their availability to come do the inspection and give me a quote. Some large companies that I called did not respond to my fist call (voice mail or message with a receptionist), or were very confused about what they can offer, or simply sounded like my project is too small for them. Ivan answered my voice mail call very quickly. We were able to set up an appointment for the next day. (some bigger companies we talked to only had time for us in 2 or 3 weeks). The appointment was set for a specific time, not a window. At the appointment the plumber was on time (5 minutes early), he was neat and professional, he made sure to use plastic booties over his shoes so my house is left clean, he was focused on every detail that me and my wife were saying and only after making sure he listened to all we had to say he asked questions did inspection of the current system and presented us with options of solution and price. After we chose and option we scheduled an installation visit. After the installation the area and the house was left very clean with all left out and removed materials taken out. The solution works perfectly now.

I had a great experience with Johns Creek Plumbing. Ivan was able to come out the same day I called. He gave me a two hour window in the afternoon and set the expectation that he would call 30 minutes before he arrived which he did. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, offered different suggestions on how to solve the problem (i.e. send a camera down to diagnose how extensive the tree root blockage is or just deal with the existing blockage and go from there). I was happy with his services and would use him again.

I had a leak from the water heater which was flooding my house. I was impressed by how fast Ivan came and replaced the tank. He did excellent job, very clean and at very reasonable price. I called other companies but Johns Creek Plumbing gave me the best estimate and came right away. I strongly recommend this service!
