Horrible, when I spoke to the owner he treated me very disrespectful and lacks common understanding in communication.
Description of Work: This company came out to do an estimate on a leak and never followed up with me. I called and asked why I did not get a call because it was an important job, the lady was nice and said she would have someone call. The owner Waylon Smith called and acted like he did not want the job. So I asked some straight forward questions he could not answer so I decided he was not a good fit for the job.

My name is Waylon Smith and I am the owner of Remco Solutions. This July will mark our 10th year anniversary. In 10 years this is the first negative review my company has ever received. I encourage our prospective clients to do your own research on Remco Solutions. Please Google us and review our Better Business Bureau rating. Since 2002 we have never received a complaint with the BBB and we have a current A+ rating. In regards to Member he is absolutely correct about me forgetting to call him. I was supposed to call him the day of the inspection and I totally forgot. I called him immediately upon receiving his message from my office staff (still within 24 hours of my onsite inspection). After calling him to apologize he was still very angry. As I relayed to him the extent of the mold damage at his rental home he became very aggressive and accused me of exaggerating the scope of work. Within a few minutes of speaking to Member I realized I did not want my company to perform the work. I politely stated that I was not interested in the project. When I informed him that I was not interested in moving forward he cursed and promised that he would do everything possible to damage the reputation of my company. *Note to potential clients* I am absolutely passionate about the service we provide to our clients. I am very sorry this incident occurred. I accept full responsibility for not calling Member the day of the inspection. However due to his aggressive nature and accusations of Remco exaggerating the damage, I stand behind my decision to not serve this customer. We truly believe the customer is always right and we work very hard to create the best experience possible for our clients. However when someone is swearing and making threatening comments I will not subject myself or team to that behavior.
