Description of Work: They were very professional. They finished the cleaning job on time. They did a wonderful job. I would use their service again.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal; had an appointment made and they missed it. And then I sent them 4 or 5 emails and made 4 or 5 calls and never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Paid for service and left 3 voicemail messages in an attempt to schedule service. Magic Dusters (MD) did not return my phone calls. MD sent me an email through Angie's List a few days after leaving my last voicemail. In the message, MD claimed that it would call me the next day to schedule the appointment; it never did. I contacted Angie's List support and a concierge rep from Angie's List reached out the MD to get the appointment scheduled. MD did not even respond to Angie's List. I canceled the service and I am currently waiting on a refund from Angie's list. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAGIC DUSTERS, they are awful.

Description of Work: I called to get an appointment and was told that they don't have resources available as a lot of people were on leave and they were booked for the next week .She said she will put me in the waiting list and i will be the first one in case someone cancels.She said she would call and inform if they are not able to make it and reschedule for the week after .She never called and we are still not scheduled .I need my house cleaned and it's not been worthwhile relying on this company .I would not go for it again .
