We had sewage overflowing from the clean out valve into the back yard. After we were left hanging late on a Friday afternoon by another company who cancelled our appointment last minute, we called Grayson Plumbing. Jerry was able to come out on short notice even though he was very busy. He knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue and did in less than 30 minutes! I asked if he would be able to look at a few other minor things inside and he did! Again, resolved in little time :-) All this for a very reasonable price. Needless to say, we will be using Grayson Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs. Jerry ROCKS!

Jerry was was able to schedule same day service. He called with an estimate of when we would arrive. He kept me informed when he ran into a small delay. The point is that he kept in touch and kept me informed on when to expect him. That is very rare in today's world. Jerry was very conscientious. He evaluated my problem and worked diligently for well over an hour using a grease cutting agent along with his power router until my drains were freely flowing . He also provided some free tips to help make sure the the drains stay clear. I also asked his opinion on several old fixtures that I was having trouble with. He assured me that replacement parts are readily available and the I should not need to replace the fixtures. I saved me a lot of money and did not ask for any additional charges for his consultation. Thank you Jerry for conscientious service!

Jerry was very professional, punctual, honest and reasonable. We contacted him on a Saturday night for work on Monday he responded immediately to check regarding our concerns we had a leak. He came out checked everything and while there we asked regarding toilets and dishwasher installation. He gave us some recommendations and came back out to do the work after we purchased the items. We would definately recommend Jerry to any of our friends or family and will use him again!

Jerry texted me to say he was on his way and was there as scheduled. He correctly diagnosed that the problem was in the drain and found that the drain originally was installed using silicone and not plumbers putty. So he fixed it, and now no more leak. Very reasonable pricing. I will call him again!

We called our insurance company and they sent out a plumber. Plumber said issue was old faucet that was leaking and supply line was fine even though I asked him several times to check the supply line. He insisted solution was to replace the faucet. I also showed him our kitchen faucet which had poor water pressure and he said solution was to replace that as well. He quoted me a price of $230 and left. I called Jerry for a second opinion. Jerry was gracious enough to come by Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. He looked at the water leakage in the bathroom and said the issue was NOT the faucet as the previous plumber had said but rather it was an issue with the supply line. He told my husband how to replace it at NO extra charge. Told us we still had several years on the faucet and we did not need to replace. In addition, he also looked at the water pressure in the kitchen faucet. Said faucet was absolutely fine here as well and no need to replace. He told us we had a Moen faucet which was in great condition and we just needed to call Moen customer service and request a replacement cartridge. He told my husband how to replace it to fix the issue. Jerry's honesty saved us $230 in installation charges as well $250 in new faucets. He only charged us $20 for gas money! We will use Jerry next time we run into a plumbing issue. Great customer service and honesty!

I went to Angie's List and found Jerry at Grayson Plumbing...and he said he would help. He was here in less than 30-minutes, and within another 30-minutes had it fixed!! WOW!! Poor workmanship by the original builder's plumbers - could have caused a disaster had I been away when this happened, but, Jerry fixed it fast and the price was GREAT!!! I'm going to have him help me with other things - - -he's wonderful.

Jerry was very responsive and from the beginning wanted to save me the cost of a repair and having to have him or someone else come out. He gave me some pointers on things I could do beforehand in order to pinpoint the issue. After doing the things he suggested I was still having the same problem and I reached out to Jerry to hire him to come out and take a look. He came out one evening after finishing another job and helped me determine the issue and fixed the problem. This was all done on his birthday might I add. The kicker was he helped me out at no cost. I was amazed by his kindness, professionalism and prompt response. I would hire Jerry for any plumbing work in the future for sure.

I placed a call needing same-day service. Jerry arranged to come to my home after he finished a longer, already set up morning call. He kept in touch via text and arrived in the early afternoon to complete the job quickly. He just charged me for the service call. What a nice man! Would high recommend him!

Jerry is very personable and even looked at other issues around the house and did not charge me additional for fixing my daughter's clogged drain. I will definitely call him again, it was a pleasure to work with him. Jerry even offered information on how I might be able to contact the water company to reduce my bill!

I had hot water dripping on the outside of house making a small lake. I called and had three plumbers out for estimates. The first two gave me two options of " just" replacing the valves at a comparable price But highly suggested I replace the water heater because it was at the end of its life span . This was an additional 1000.00 or 1200.00 on top of the water pressure valve. Then Jerry with Grason Plumbing came out . He noted the water heater was working fine and suggested I wait until it wasn't working before replacing ..." I may get another three years from it . I appreciated that he did not sell me something that I didn't have to have . He came out fixed the problem as scheduled. He then followed up the next day to make sure all was ok. He went the extra mile was very professional and honest. I would use him again and recommend his company Grayson Plumbing.

Excellent! Jerry came to house and it was a simple fix. He did not charge me for the call. This proves he is a Honest Contractor which in these days are hard to find. Jerry will be my go to Plumber.
