The estimate provided was not followed. We consistently received invoices for higher amounts without prior notice that the cost was increasing. When we made adjustments in the design with Triton we were consistently simplifying the design with the expectation that we would be saving money but even then we were invoiced for more than we agreed to pay. The tile work is poor. The tile is cracked and grout is coming out between tiles. The wood floor creaks ridiculously loudly and the floor is cupped. The owner of the company, Andrew Mortars, refuses to come to the house to inspect the issues and refuses all responsibility for the poor workmanship. We have had outside independent inspectors review the work. The inspector found numerous issues, too numerous to enable the issues to be "fixed" without tearing out floors and reinstalling.
Description of Work: TRITON REMODELING demolished and rebuilt a family room, 2 bedrooms and built a new bathroom. They were responsible for all the work including roofing, framing, flooring etc. They also added to the existing deck.
