Jack is amazing. He called me back in a timely manner, and showed up when he said he would. So far we are very pleased with his services and price for all of our lawn care needs.

I am 70 years old and should know to get everything in writing that is agreed upon. Did not do what agreed on and did not haul limbs as agreed left them in yard. Did not do what was agreed upon. Paid too much for service received. Disappointed

A Senior discount or military discount would have been nice. It is expensive for a senior widow to get yard work done. Or really any kind of work done around home. But the gentleman was very nice. Thank you.

Jack does quality work at a reasonable price.

Jack and his crew started out well however as time went on Integrity started to neglect the yard. They would spend less and less time on the property. They would not pull weeds per our agreement, and he neglected the shrubs weeks at a time. It seems like him and his crew were content to cut grass quickly and get a check. There is more to lawn maintenance than just cutting grass. I would not recommend.

Came to my house to see the yard and then showed up on the day they said and did a wonderful job.

I asked them to not show up for a week because my lawn had just been treated for weeds and fertilized. They showed up the next day and didnt even tell me until they were finished. They dont bag clippings, and there was grass in all my flower beds. The owner is nice but offered no return visit to make it right or anything- just continually asked for payment.

He was on time. Told me what needed to be done and did it.

Jack was very polite and pleasant to work with. He arrived when promised, but I guess I expected a better outcome for my yard after "spring cleaning". The weeds were cut down and sprayed, so we will see what happens.
