HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered our appliances in February. Mid-March, we went to the store on Miami Circle to make sure everything would be delivered on time. They told us all of our appliances were there in their store. On April 1st, they delivered and installed all but two appliances but didn't give us any reason why the other Sub Zero refrigerator and oven were not on the truck. A few days later, they installed the second Sub Zero. The installers did not level it so we had to call for a service call for them to come back out and level the refrigerator. It took several days and repeated phone calls from me and our contractor to get the installers back out. Twice they scheduled appointments with me to fix the problem but they didn't bother to show up or to call and cancel. They claim they can't level it now and will require yet another service call to get the job done correctly. When they installed the Wolf range, they didn't bother to check it to see if it actually worked. It did not. We had to schedule a service call for them to come out again. The repair tech said one of the parts was defective. He ordered another part and finally got the range working a month after it had been installed. It is now May 12th and we STILL don't have the oven that we ordered three months ago, even though they said they had it in their possession. I have had to call them repeatedly to see when we might get this oven. They will not return phone calls. They did a pretty rotten job of installation. They have terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ferguson's handles higher-end appliances, etc. Things went well, except customer service was a bit lacking at times (e.g., numerous times put on hold for a lengthy amount of time, took a while to get status of a rebate and had to ask a sales associate to put away their lunch when I was trying to talk to them). The guys who installed the stove dented the metal backsplash, but that was replaced by Aga. We got our refund check after a bit of nagging. We are very happy with our stove, just a little put off that customer service wasn't better for the price we paid.
