Very hard working individual, did a great job on time and did excellent work.

Very easy to work with, great work. Fair price. Kept to promised schedule.

Very timely. However Wrote quote out in odd way. Total was one amount which was reasonable. When job complete points out another amount due- above and beyond what was in total column. Also didn't do what i asked originally. Was happy to fix but boned me for time frame. Did 2nd job for me- window sills. Didn't paint sill where window closes?! Called Jose on it. Then kind of half ass. I work a lot and travel for work so just ate it. Don't know if id use again

He takes his time to prep beforehand. I really admired his work ethic. His work is neat and well-managed. I have asked him to do another job and will continue to use his services.

The quality of the final product was very good. You could not tell where the patch was placed. The only problem was they rushed the job by not giving the second application of mud enough time to completely dry. As a result he had to return two additional times to sand, mud and spray the popcorn ceiling area. The end result is there not as much popcorn in the area of repair as the rest of the ceiling.

I then approached him about an additional job (paint the entire master bath,) We agreed on a price and he will return Fri to do the new task!!
