Was on time, offered good advice, did exactly what we needed and made our deck railing repair on the spot w/o having to come back! Charge was less than I had predicted. Very satisfied and would use him for other jobs. Took his time in inspecting our deck and stairs, giving us a lot of reassurance.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. He answered and returned phone calls. He listened to what I needed done. One project was unnecessry and he was honest enough to admit it and then explain why. He also found another problem which he managed to temporarily fix and returned at a later date to complete the repair. I found Jim to be knowledgable, friendly and honest.
