From what I was told, the service is supposed to ward off all pests inside and outside of the home, including in the garden. It is also supposed to be child and pet friendly. This is only the first treatment so I am unable to give a comprehensive review of the service or value for money yet. However the tech who serviced my home was very friendly, was able to answer all my questions, and told me exactly what he was doing and how the process worked while we walked through my home. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. In short, the customer service was wonderful.
