Description of Work: It wasn’t a land surveying just finding the corner markers. YOHAM found the corner markers, this what is puzzling my back yard is 84ft my front is 76ft after he found the front market he wanted to run a string but the string was on my side taken away my 84ft my back yard is 84 ft until it turns to 76ft which is the front yard , it’s not just 84ft at the marker he was giving my land to my neighbor just to get a straight line , this guy don’t know what he is doing , on my pat you can see where my yard narrows toward the front, YOHAM said the plat don’t make no difference,and that not true this man don’t know anything but finding the markets, for all that reads this buy you a metal detector it’s the same difference, neighbor land 50ft front 45.11 in the back and YOHAM wanted to run a string and give them part of my land. I paid 450, and got something else just to come out and tell me he is incorrect.my back yard is 84 ft until it runs o your fron which is 76:ft which is on the plat, I paid another 450, put I am trying to get my credit card to reverse my funs .

+ -1 moreNot great. The surveyor called back a few days after initial contact to state that they are 3.5 to 4 months booked and that would be the soonest they could do the work. Way too long for a residential customer to wait as the entire pool install along with getting the permit and all the hardscape would be completed before they were even able to come to do the survey. They probably need some sort of disclaimer stating that they cannot do any work for quite some time.

He was always prompt to respond to all my questions. He located the iron pins and marked the property lines with flags. He found and marked the corners and staked the property line in less than than I thought he would. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Yohan and his team to anyone needing property line marking services.

+ -1 moreDO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! COST US $400 AND WE DIDN'T GET A SURVEY COMPLETED!! Johan is a one man shop that didn't have the experience to complete a proper survey. He put the indicators on fences and lamp poles never finding the pins. When we questioned it, he told us we had to get the plat and only then would he come back to complete the survey. After he accepted our money, he never returned our calls to complete the survey. Now we have to pay another company to complete the survey and are out twice the cost.
