Dilbeck Landscaping provides excellent service in the HOA we live in by maintaining ALL of the landscaping. Moving lawns, clipping bushes & spreading mulch. Their staff is diligent and meticulous about the way they maintain the area. As a consequence we elected to contact them, shortly after we bought our home in the Chattanooga area in order to plant an additional large tree. My wife is an avid bird watcher/feeder and felt that this would attract more native birds. Tough their schedule was fairly full, Craig fit us in but a few days after we contacted them, planted the tree without even asking for a deposit ( somewhat unheard off in So. California where we moved from). The price we negotiated for labor and material was fair was fair, They did a highly professional job, even adding an additional drain extension that was not called for contractually. The job was completed prior to our expected date of completion. We are extremely satisfied with the job, done at a competitive price. They are very quick and efficient and are very dependable. Their prices are reasonable. They have very customer service. They are very attentive to things that we bring up.

They are pretty reliable.

They did lawn care services for us. They come out once a week for maintenance. They did mowing for us. They do a real good job. They are fast. I do not have any complaints in what they do. If I have any, they do it right away.

They typically show up once a week, depending on what the lawn needs. They work as a team, usually 4-5 men, all Latino, very fast and efficient. I'm very happy with them. My only negative is that I want flowers planted that are unique (this is in the summer only), not the same thing that they use for everyone else. For this, I must purchase my own plants and have them ready. I would prefer to tell them and have them get the bedding plants. The fellas are very, very polite and try to do whatever I ask. I don't talk to them very much because I really don't need to. They do their jobs and do it right.
