I was completely pleased with them. He was good and efficient. I like him. He was professional and he worked with me on my schedule. I like that he doesn't normally come out on Sundays, but he set me in to help me out which was a good attitude and good customer service. I didn't do any comparison pricing but his price did not knock me off my feet.

They were very prompt in coming out to meet with us. Unfortunately we have an industrial style garage door and there was not much he could do for us.

It was really good. The guy was on time, nice and courteous. He did a good job. They called and everything was good. I would use them again.

Once the guy came up here he did a pretty good job, but they did not show up at least once, maybe twice. It was 4 to 6 weeks before they came out here. The price was good, that is why I did it. They wouldn't be the first people I call if I needed that service in the future.

The first time, the door broke within 3 days, service came back immediately and repaired, no problem since.

Provider came out and was done in about 15 mins from start to finish. He adjusted the laser beam so that the garage door would stop opening after it closed. He also sprayed something on the rollers to silence them.

Purchased the *big deal* to get the garage door opener inspected. Was hopeful that it would not be a serious problem on our end, but the garage door had seen much better days. At least one roller was completely off the tracks. Company contacted me immediately and scheduled appointment. My schedule is tight so I was happy they could work within my daughter's preschool times. On the morning of the appointment, there was a last minute schedule adjustment, and this is the only reason for a B rating. The new time did not really work as well for me, but they showed up at the new time. Once on site, everything went better than I hoped. All was repaired in a blink of an eye, and I was embarrassed that I had not had it fixed much earlier. The door goes up much smoother and much much more quietly than ever before. It no longer will wake up my children! Overall, excellent value, service, and performance. Would definitely recommend.

We did use it and it went just fine. No problems whatsoever and in fact, since then we’ve called them and used them again. He went right about it and I think he was done within an hour and he was gone. He was great.

I believe they contacted me after I purchased the Big Deal to tell me they don’t service my area. Their phone demeanor was fine, but I was a little surprised because it does say on Angie's List that they service Atlanta and I’m in Atlanta. I am inquiring with Angie's List for a refund.

Went well. Just as I expected. Good value.

They were good in getting out here to fix it but there is one door that we're still having trouble with. It won't go all the way down. They fixed it for a while but some days it works and some days it doesn't. They were on time and they were nice. He was very cordial and friendly. He was very accommodating. But quite frankly, when he left, there was some inconsistencies with the door going up and down. That was the only problem we had. He was there when I asked him to be, the time and the date. I probably would use them again but I would make sure that he understood the problems that we have.

They did everything they specified and didn't try to sell me anything other as it wasn't needed. Very good service. Would definitely use them again.

Provider couldn't perform the service - technician stated my Overhead Garage Doors had proprietary parts that are unavailable to Precision Garage Door. The technician also stated he may be able to fashion a solution but he would have to get back to me the next day. I never heard from him or anyone else at Precision Garage Door so I requested a refund. A refund was then provided by Angies List.

He did a good job. It worked out perfectly. The guy was on time. He was professional. He did what he said he was going to do. I would use him again.

This was not done too well. I had the tune up done and I also had new springs installed. Since then, the springs have become quite noisy. I probably would not use them again in the future.

They did fine. They did what they said they were going to do. I have no complaints. He talked about stuff and answered all my questions.

great. nice people. came when they were supposed to and did a good job. i need more work done and plan to use them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and we definitely were satisfied with them. They showed up when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to do. We had them do additional work because we had them install remote entry key pads outside the garage door so we paid extra above the price of the Big Deal. My husband was very satisfied with this service and the service people were fine. They took care of the work in a timely manner.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and everything went well. The technician was here when he said he was going to be, did the work in about 30 minutes and was gone. He was congenial, friendly and very professional. The pricing on the job was good.

He was very quick and polite. The doors work fine now. They don't sound like they are going to fall down now. He was great. He was very nice. I would recommend him to others.

Nathan arrived on time and did a fantastic job! He replaced the roller on our large garage door and also programmed remotes and a keypad! He completed the job in less than one hour. I will definitely recommend IDS Garage Door and plan on using them again in the near future.
