+ 0 moreWe had the benefit of seeing the results of American Painting Company's handiwork on the houses of two other family members before requesting a quote. By the time we had picked the colors and obtained HOA approval, the quote should officially have expired but Bo honored the original quote and started the very next day. The crew consisted of three painters who were quick and quiet. They had to work in one difficult circumstance in that there was no exterior access to the second floor deck. Overall, we were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend the same company and crew.
Description of Work: Bo provided a written proposal and certificate of insurance prior to starting the project. His crew power washed the house, performed some minor woodwork repair and caulked doors and windows. The job called for three colors and two coats of paint (hardiplank, shutters and doors and trim) for $1900, solid stain for the deck for $250 and some extra power washing we requested for $50. From start to finish of cleanup the job took two days and was completed by a very professional crew.
