Very professional in an effectual manner. The workers arrived on location at 7 AM immediately started doing what they were trained to do, by 2 PM they had removed old roof, repaired the damaged decking & other necessary items required by State & County Code, Replaced the new Roof, Cleaned up trash from around the House & were driving down the driveway a few minutes past 2 PM. which included their lunch time.

We needed our roof replaced on a wind damage insurance claim. 1st time I have ever had to file a claim on my home. I went to Home Advisor and Roofing Resources of Georgia contacted us immediately! Levi was kind and professional and I made an appointment to have them come take a look. Josh met with us and took care of everything! He explained the process and showed us a sample of the Architectural Shingles they would use. The most impressive part of the whole experience to me was the SUPERIOR Customer Service. They were genuine, knowledgeable and even though I needed a roof on my manufactured home, everyone at Roofing Resources treated me like I lived in a million dollar home. Even with a slight glitch with the insurance company which had me in tears, Josh said "no worries" and we remained on schedule and they didn't miss a beat. They showed up on schedule, did an absolutely beautiful job, cleaned up the work area and then Corey did a walk around with me explain the process and answered all my questions with great satisfaction. My husband built a shed and decided to hire someone to do the shed. Roofing Resources came out, gave use a price and we hired them. They kept in touch to let us know when they would be coming out to do the job. They did a great job even though it was a very small job. Very quick and professional.

The project was real easy. From the initial inspection through the completion of the job. The crew did a great job of replacing the damaged roof. They took less time than I could have imagined. The finished roof looks great. Cleanup could have been better, but I'm not taking away points for that. I'm glad I chose RRG.

Nick K was great. Saw the problem, showed me photos and fixed it right away. He also took the time to show me pics of a couple of other areas. I'll have him back to fix those next month.

Andrew and his team were amazing! from when we first contacted him, meeting with our insurance adjuster, to setting up, scheduling and installing our ne custom roof. his team showed up very early, prepared our landscaping, and ripped the entire roof off our 6,000 square foot home. the custom work with all our gables, peaks and valleys along with the chimmeny's were all professional flashed, with the right metal, the 15 man team tied off, safety of every man is a number one concern, and they shingle the entire home in one day. cleaned up and let the property better then when they arrived!
