Mr. Lopez was very knowledgeable of the job I needed done. The job was done in a timely manner that was at my request. He reused most of my old gate and replaced boards that were needed. Very happy with the work.

He is very accommodating.

Pretty expensive for what was involved, just blowing , mulching and raking leaves. Would not clean gutters which I have been able to hire other people to do inclusive for half the money. Workers were very pleasant to deal with. At least he was able to get to us quickly which is the main reason for hiring them.

I felt that the contractor did not do what he stated he would do. The monies charged was too much to put a few screws in a fence. He stated he would replace a part of the fence, after completing job, he did not replace a part of the fence and only discounted the job $10.00. He put about seven screws in my fence and charged me a $140. I will not use him again.

Lopez destroyed my lights and fail to even let me know what he had done. Would not recommend him or his company to anyone else after this experience. Had to hire someone else to have the lights repaired correctly.

Work quality very good. Punctuality very good. Friendly. Three family members working together, very professional. I arranged with them to come every 2 weeks. Their fee very reasonable. I was completely satisfied with them. No regrets. My yard looked beautiful when they finished.
