Christian Brothers Automotive - Hamilton Mill

I’ve been using them for about 10 years and they are very easy to work with.  They explain things very well.  I like that they walk me through repairs, what I should or shouldn’t do and why.  They're pricing is a bit higher but I know I can trust them.

It took them a day to complete the work. The workers were good. Everybody was professional.

Changed oil and rotated tires however even though asked they failed to RE-teach the tire location sensors.

We took two of our vehicles in to Christian Brothers to have the air conditioners fixed, as well as an idling problem with one of them. They fixed everything very quickly, and the repair costs were extremely fair. They did not try to talk us into fixing a bunch of other things, like other repair shops have done in the past. Both vehicles are in top condition, and I will personally recommend this company to anyone who asks for an "automotive repair shop". They are FANTASTIC!

They do an excellent job. They do everything they say they would do. They do it quickly. They will not take advantage of me by suggesting I need something that I do not need. I was going to switch to all synthetic oil, and they pointed out that the synthetic oil we already use is partial synthetic and going full gam is not necessarily the best thing for my car. Even though they could have said yes to the switch, and I would be paying a lot more money for it, but they did not. They are very good with honesty. The guys at front desk are awesome. They are pleasant to chat with.

I have been having my vehicles serviced by Christian Brothers for several years. Although they may not be the cheapest, they are certainly knowledgeable and treat their customers with respect. They do what they say they are going to do and never do anything without my permission. I can't imagine taking my car to anyone else.

They are good mechanics. They have been in business for many years. We have a sub division of over 2200 homes and we have like a community website. We all kind of refer people back and forth to each other. Tons of people recommend them all the time. I was on the way out of town and couldn't get into the dealer. They checked on something for me and gave me a recommendation. I ended up having the work done later through my warranty. They were excellent in helping me out. They were right on the spot. They didn't even charge to check the problem and everything.

I could not have been more pleased wtih the results and the people. Completely professional from beginning to end. One of the best thing about this shop is that they never use any after-market auto parts, only original equipment. Saves coming back to have the problem fixed again.

Integrity is very important to them. They are very honest and trustworthy.

They are a very busy auto repair shop. Their prices are very competitive, so they are above average. They always do good quality work. They always have my car ready on time and are very friendly.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT EXPLANATION OF WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO PRIOR TO THE WORK. THEY HAD EXCELLENT OPTIONS. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED, AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND TAKE OUR CARS BACK THERE.
