I have worked with CRS properties since moving to Atlanta last year. They found me my first house in Atlanta. They now manage my rental properties and they are currently looking for the perfect commercial property for my business location. These guys are hard working, trustworthy and good at what they do. I highly recommend CRS if you are looking for a property manager or looking for commercial space for your business.
A few years later when I needed to leave town and rent it they helped me find a great tenant who wont tear up my place and who pays on time. I am beyond thrilled and recommend them to everyone. When you pick up the phone they pick up, when you ask a questions they answer really fast. AND while they know what is going on with the market they showed me the recent sales and listings so that I can make the choice that works for me.

She doesn't have financial links or “understandings” with repair contractors as I have experienced with other property managers. She has high integrity and tries to be fair with everyone. As far as I can tell, she has always been completely honest with me.
At least twice, Laura has gone way above and beyond the call of duty for me:
1. She spent hours in a cold house this last winter, trying to prevent pipes from freezing after a tenant suddenly moved out without notice and turned off the heat right before record cold weather hit the area. She located a plumber on an emergency basis and he drained the pipes and winterized the plumbing. Unfortunately, there had already been one very cold night, so later when the plumber turned the water back on, they found that one pipe had split. This caused con$iderable damage, but I knew that Laura had done everything she could to help me.
2. Laura was having trouble finding an acceptable tenant for me several years ago. One very picky applicant was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the house after two different cleaning services had finished, and so Laura ended up doing some additional cleaning herself without charging me anything extra.
Laura has managed two rental houses for me for years, and I just talked her into taking over the management of a third house that is out of her usual area. She told me it might cost me more in transportation to use the repair/maintenance contractors that she trusts, but she is worth it!
