Great pricing and pace of task completion. I had to do some minor touch up work (sanding) after they left. Cleanup was good but not thorough. They also left the trash from the project in my driveway.

With the assistance of "Henry," Jack Young, with J. Allen Sand, Inc., did a very good job on our ceilings. Additionally, prep on the drywall was v. good in 2 of the 3 rooms. The let-down was on the last day when "Henry" did not show (we were told he could not be located). Thus, our kitchen was not properly prepared for painting. Mr. Young did his best, but it wasn't good enough. 2 out of 3 may be a good batting average, but we lost out. The redo cost us extra $$$. It is our opinion that "Henry" was the key to this job.

Mr. Jack Young always explained and showed before he begin working on drywall project what and why he was repairing drywall. He also explained how long project would take and if he would need to return. I found Jack Young of J. Allen Sand, Inc. very knowlegeable about drywall, very cooperative, and he was the first to respond. As soon as I hit submit on your website. He was calling and setting up an appointment. His work was outstanding. I will call him again if I am ever in need a drywall project.

Get everytthing in writing before you hire this company to do work for you, and the appreciation towards his employess was not fair. He dumped his paint next to a bush in the front of my house and now the bush is dead and the grass where he dumped his stuff is dead as well. I've e-mailed him to find out how he's going to handle this and have not heard back from him.

The work was very well done. Jack Young kept me informed about every step of the project and what to expect. He and his crew arrived promptly. They removed all of the popcorn from my ceilings. I love how well my ceilings look now. It's a very dusty job but the company cleaned up very well.

J. Allen Sand is actually J.Allen Interiors,Jack left me a nasty message in which I saved and will bring to court the first day of the project. The job overall is not great, you can see the lack of attention to details and the paint that has bled through based on a rush job. Jack utilizes any worker and does not have a crew as he claims. It is not about the money but the lack of attention to detail of removing the popcorn ceiling and I would not recommend this company based on his give me money mentality. I will be taking legal action for this bad job done at my condo. Beware of the hype talk and the flashy website. You dont get what you pay
