Jack replaced three damaged sections of our ceiling, re-textured, and re-painted. The ceilings look great and it only took a day. Pricing was fair too.

When owner came out to give me an estimate we agreed on the repairs which included securing a kitchen cabinet but no written estimate was given, first mistake. We agreed and set a date. Well when they actually came out to get started ,that's when to owner gave me an invoice but he did not want to secure the cabinet that he told me he would because he did not want too be liable as he was doing me a favor. He offered to not do the job if I didn't want to continue but I had moved everything out of rooms to accommodate the painters except for a few pieces. And I was only home for a few days. I felt put on the spot now. I said I would get someone else to secure the cabinet and I did the same day they started and I might say at quite a lower price. Had to call them back after they finished the job because certain areas needed fixing ,took a week for them to return and it actually looks worse. Owner has not called me to see how the redo went. I will not be using them again. There was one room, the dining rm that looks great.

Jack was timely and professional. He recommended repair of my popcorn ceiling as opposed to scraping the entire ceiling, which looked great when he finished and saved me 100's of dollars. And, he was finished before lunch!
