BEWARE* BEWARE*BEWARE * 8.31.23* Owner/Jose first of all does NOT use his own employees. Jose shows up to collect his down payment and leaves his subcontractors their to do the job. If there are any issues Jose is not there to resolve it you are stuck trying to resolve with the subcontractors and then explain to Jose to resolve and fix any issues and we had several. He sub-contracts his work out and is very expensive. We negotiated the price with him and allowed & trusted him to do the work, however, at the end of the project the original price is what he got paid because he did not hold up his end of the deal. Let me explain: We like I said negotiated the price and (we provided the paint as part of the deal) it was a go and then later on during the painting job when it came to painting the gutters he charged me an extra $200. However, Jose lead sub-contractor painter advised me that the particular paint for the gutters was NOT the correct paint to use after I had already spent $100 on that particular paint which his workers had ALREADY USED!! instead of telling me before hand that the paint was not the right paint. It left horrible blotches on all my gutters and down spouts and I had no idea nor was I advised by Jose that the paint was not the right paint. Here is the catcher........I showed him the paint BEFORE I purchased it for the gutters and HE DID NOT ADVISE me that it was the WRONG paint ONLY until after his workers used 90% of the paint is when I was advised it was the wrong paint. So we had to rebuy paint. Jose sub-contractors had to come out twice to fix or clean up paint and debris and kept complaining that the job was a lot of work which it was not. (They only painted a portion of our home and the gutters NOT the entire exterior). During this time while of course Jose wasn't around the workers left or came back later to work on our project because they went to work on other projects at the same time our house was suppose to be painted. We expected to pay for the paint however, we were NOT expected to pay for the wrong paint. He is suppose to be the Expert not necessarily his subcontractors even though his subcontractors told me it was incorrect. The paint was discussed PRIOR with Jose/Owner before starting the job and he failed to let us know the paint was not the right one for the gutters. I explained to him in great detail about my concern and he in turn blamed me for buying and giving him the paint and his excuse was that I was suppose to provide the paint.

Extremely responsive. Punctual, shows up when he says he will. He saved us after another business stood us up short notice. He is the most meticulous handyman we ever had. Very professional.

Excellent workmanship. Completed the job within the timeframe promised. This was a multiple day project. He cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. I highly recommend. Excellent work for a very fair price.

He was polite, punctual, professional, and proficient! He painted 3 rooms (dark to white), caulked and painted trim and replace a door frame. He did great work and was meticulous about doing his work like he would in his own home. I highly recommend Busy Bee Honey Do-er for any job that you need done around that house.
