Our home caught on fire 14 months ago and we have been waiting for reconstruction to be completed. We were finally at the stage where the windows needed to be cleaned, inside and out. I researched and contacted other window cleaning companies and was incredibly disappointed by the price gauging that you found between the different companies. When I called â  The Right Callâ  I spoke with Cody. I knew right away I had the right Company. He answered all of my questions regarding technique, cleaning formula, bonded, insured, price, guarantee and what I saw in this Company was amazing integrity. He first expressed sorrow for what we had gone through and we told him the windows were so dirty from fire soot, general dirt from construction, etc. I had just had them cleaned before the fire. His price was absolutely what I had in mind from the comparison of the other company who had cleaned them from the year before. He and his crew came out to our home and worked tirelessly for hours and what was supposed to be cleaned in that time frame for the entire house, they could only do the inside due to the amount of debris on the windows from the fire and the elements. It was late at night when we talked and he apologetically let me know they would have to come back and do the outside. There were so many spider webs and baked on dirt from the fire, it took longer to clean it all. Did he once ask for more money because he had to make a second trip or did he stick to his contract price? He stuck to his contract price. The only reason one of the stars was a 4 was because they would have had to go back and redo some of the windows affected by the fire and elements to get the smudges off in some places. All in all, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Please, please, please consider â  The Right Callâ  when you need windows washed, or any of the other amazing things they are able to do to make your house look so much better. I did not get anything for this review except a new contact in my phone so that I can encourage anyone I know to call this company for their cleaning needs. I only wished more business owners stuck to their word like Cody does. Thank you Cody and â  The Right Callâ  for all of your hard work!

Great customer service from setting up the appointment to performing the task. Cody explain step by step for the completing the task. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire service. I would definitely use The Right Call again.

They were nice young men who seem to really be trying to do good work for there customers. And they did for me.

Absolutely amazing service. Easy to contact, did in amazing job, and was great for the price. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
