I hired Craig to fix a rotted post on my front porch that was causing issues on the inside of home like cracks in walls and ceiling. He called me immediately and was very professional. He gave me a very detailed estimate and did high quality work quickly. When finished with that job, I requested an estimate for exterior paint on home. He had a crew out quickly and they also did good work. The best thing was that he made sure work was done to our satisfaction and didn't leave until everything looked perfect and all questions were answered. Next time I have work that needs to be done, I will definitely call craig

Craig was great to work with and very knowledgeable about his trade.

We needed an elevated wood front porch rebuilt. Craig was very informative during the first walk-thru discussion and after my initial sticker shock he adjusted the proposal with some changes. We talked and decided that the first proposal was reasonable for the sturdiness of the structure, making the stairs wider than they had been, all of the materials and labor. Craig and his assistant came in on a Saturday and worked 10 hour days thru Tuesday tearing down the old porch, pouring concrete for new supports, jacking up the posts holding the porch cover, constructing the new porch from wood that he handpicked from the lumberyard along with hauling away the old materials, trimming bushes and and cleaning up all signs that he had been there. I hope to re-do my back deck in the future and I WILL be calling Craig at that time.

Craig was excellent to work with -he stayed in contact and handled all the details. Work was excellent and he worked with and fairly priced his services. He repaired window and door seals that were rotten and and a broken custom window. He is very knowledgeable in repairs and would hire him for other services as well.Would definitely hire Craig again.

Craig is an expert craftsman. He and his crew are set up to do anything regarding construction. We were able to watch him on site cut the boards, install the posts and make us a custom gate. Craig did everything he said he would do and more. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his crew.

Craig responded almost immediately after I submitted my repair requests. He and his crew were on site within a couple hours and did an amazing job on my door and door frame install. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company! Excellent Work!

Craig and his crew did an excellent job and were so respectful from start to finish. They were definitely detail oriented and know how to get a job done right the first time. I have not been so lucky in the past however I know who to call for future jobs.

You are FOOLS if you do not hire these guys. The attention to detail is incredible. The crew of guys were friendly, respectful and a joy working with. He re-did the entire master bedroom and hallway flooring (sub flooring) due to previous owner's dog urine and ruined the floors and corners. They work hard and long! I recommend them so much.

Craig was a professional. He and his crew did a great job. He helped me find a door in my price range and he and his crew replaced my old door and did a better job then what in initially had. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have any work done around their home. Truly worth 5 stars!

I am very pleased with their work. Craig's bid wasn't the lowest, but he offered premium materials as well as some good suggestions to alleviate future possible damage. Scott came in and repaced a good bit of siding, did some nice work on soffits and rebuilt the exterior of a bay window. Craig then coordinated with the paint and new gutter work while checking for my satisfaction at each stage. All work was high quality and completed in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Craig and his team for any general contracting work. His guy Scott did a fabulous job replacing and repairing all of the rotten trim on my back windows and front bay windows, which was a huge job. It looks fantastic. They also did some repairs to inside trim to repair where my dog chewed the wood - it looks brand new. The customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend Home Improvement Masters.

I am very pleased with the quality of Chris' work. My front door trim looks like new and Chris does everything to make sure that you are happy with the job and I appreciate that very much.
