Craig returned my call on a Sun am within 1 hr. We had him on site that afternoon and he fixed my problem. Had a large bathroom window installed and the contractor couldn't caulk the outside. The window was on the second floor and I had no way to get up there. Will use him again in the near future

Perfectionist. Fired first deck builder not from home advisor . He showed up quickly reviewed the my situation and built me the sturdy and beautiful deck better than I expected. I highly recommend. Chris Champagne. I will use for all my work I will never have another salesman or builder do work in my home . He's crazy good .

The best possible workmanship in repairing large windows in a 'great room' - two stories high. Water was leaking in and wood becoming damaged. Removed and replaced all damaged window sections, did a perfect job of sealing and repainting exterior, and finished the interior with high quality wood craftsmanship and special paint to match the trim in the house. Only two areas of concern. Job was fairly expensive, but I would say worth the quality. Other issue was timeliness. Craig was there very quickly for the estimate, contract and check. Then it took a few weeks to get the materials, and the crew was often late compared to the time we were told they would show up. All in all, the quality of the finished product, driven by Craig's professional attention to detail and wanting a perfect job, was worth the wait.

I have used many contractors over the years and Craig was one of the most professional I have ever run across. I will definitely use him again and I will also recommend him to my friends. It was a pleasure seeing how he was so concerned about satisfying his costumer.

They protected my floors during the installation. They cleaned up and my house looked better than it did when they got there (of course, I had a new door, too!)

Craig was very prompt in answering my service request and giving me a very competitive cost estimate. He and David came out the next day and did the work (replacing soffit and fascia boards damaged by moisture and squirrels) in about 3 hours. Craig's team did a great job on replacing my deck rails. They were 18 years old and very unsafe. He came out right away and gave me a great price. It was slightly higher than what the others gave me, but with his suggestions and the pictures of other jobs, it just made sense to go with him for the job. The final result is awesome! I feel like I have a completely new deck! I doubt I will need to do anything else to them again for at least another 18 years.

Craig is efficient, fast, and friendly. He made us feel comfortable with the amount of work he was going to do. It is very evident that he knows what he is doing and kept my wife and I informed each step of the way as he completed the project. I plan on using them for any future projects I have.

Craig and his team did a wonderful job with the exterior trim work and painting that I had hired them to perform. He was extremely thorough, courteous, very punctual, very detailed and meticulous and was extremely conscientious of taking care of our home. He completed everything he indicated he would do and did it with excellence. He left our home cleaner than when he arrived and his team were extremely pleasant to have working on the job. Craig also did extra work and the outcome was fabulous. I plan on using Craig and his team from now on for any work I need performed that I elect not to do myself.
