Carpentry work inside was excellent. Outside renovations really fixed the rotted wood with more permanent materials. He gave great ideas how to make make it look nicer then it originally did. I am looking forward to having them build a room addition for me. They're great problem solvers, easy to contact and responsive to requests. They cleaned up well!

Most amazing company. Craig came exactly on time and completed the work as promised. He followed up with the window supplier and delivered windows immediately. He always answered my phone calls. Craig was very responsive to my concerns. I had a door leaking and needed it repaired. He came to do the work within days because the rain just would not stop! Every time something new came up, he made sure that I agreed to do what he recommended. This job was small but I intend to get him to do several home improvement jobs that I have been wanting done. I would recommend him to anyone. Very prompt, honest and dependable. His crew also cleaned up before they left.

They go above and beyond what is expected. They fixed my mailbox - which wasn't even on my radar. I chose them because of all their great reviews & then when I spoke with Craig, he was able to answer my questions & explain what he would need to do. I was especially concerned about the dry rot on my soffit & fascia boards. In addition, I had new gutters put on with gutter guards. He also took off my older satellites & repaired the roof. Plus my deck stairs needed repair. SO as you can see, I had many projects that were completed - all in 3 days. Craig was able to meet me after my 2nd job so that he could walk me through all the work. As a single woman who has been "taken advantage of" by other contractors, I have given his card to a female colleague because I trust him & his expertise. His crew is amazing, but I don't know their names.

Craig is fantastic! He arrived on time, did not rush, and completed a detail-oriented install of two very tricky interior french doors with fantastic workmanship and quality. Not to mention, he did this entirely over the New Year's holiday weekend. I will be sure to use Craig for future projects!

Craig did a GREAT job! His analysis, procedural plan explanation, and execution is second to none. He comes highly prepared with more than enough tools, materials needed. No wasted time, he works methodically and seems to have the next step in mind. Home Improvement Masters would always be my first choice.

Flooring job was completed

I had several windows with small gaps that would be a problem especially during the winter months. Craig was able to address this issue to my satisfaction. Further, during the scheduling, he was very flexible to a number of schedule changes initiated by me.
