The contractor provided an estimate to replace an exterior door threshold over the phone. We agreed on a price and set a time to meet. The contractor called to ensure that we were home and showed up on time with all needed materials. Work was completed in a timely manner and excellent quality. Contractor charged us exactly what he quoted us and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent job.

Craig called me immediately after I placed my work request, diagnosed the problem with my windows, and referred me to a glass company to complete the repair in the most economical fashion. Great customer service!

He came out, pointed out other things I needed done, finished the jobs I needed him to do plus the other stuff I did not know I needed done. He was a new hire, cannot remember his name, but it was in ball ground and i would defly use him again. I had a situation where a pellet shattered the outer pane of my kitchen sliding glass door. After I contacted HomeAdvisor, I was immediately contacted by Craig who was able to send a person to clean up the glass and board up the window (all on Sat of Memorial Day weekend). My family and I are very grateful for the company's quick response.

Craig was very professional, he and Scott did very neat work, cleaned the work area, repaired my leaky window and sill. Even repaired my front door, my bathroom door, dug out broken glass between my deck boards, all with a smile; and even looked at several other projects that needed to be done down the road. I kept them until late in the afternoon and he made sure I was satisfied before he left. I appreciated the time Craig spent explaining the jobs and his enthusiasm of doing his work.

My father-in-law just had an awful experience with another contractor down in Mississippi so I was pretty wary. Craig gave me a price and stuck to it. He and Scott Holt did a masterful job installing the hardware and hanging a door slab we purchased years ago. It looks and works great. I was waiting for a big-time upsell effort. Craig suggested a couple of things that we might want to consider but when I said no, that was the end of it. He replaced some worn weather stripping for just the price of the stripping. Beautiful job and I am very well pleased. New bathroom might be next.
