Jeff and his crew were beyond excellent. They arrived on time, did a quality job, were neat and extremely professional. They were also extremely flexible timewise. When the electrician (who needed to get underneath the sublfloor before they closed it up) had issues that prevented him from arriving on time, Jeff and his guys rescheduled the completion of the floor for the end of the week so that the electrical work could be completed first. I so appreciated that they were able to do that without charging me for an extra day's work! I have already had him estimate another job in the house for me and I would definitely hire him again. Thank you!

We had columns taken out & secured, floors taken out, repaired and installed, and countertops demolished and installed. There was a variety of electrical and plumbing issues that were resolved. I thoroughly endorse his services and can't wait to do the next phase of our renovations.

He was very pleasant and had some good suggestions. He was on time and emailed me the estimates. I found someone closer to me otherwise I would have used him.

Emailed contractor via Angie's List "email contractor" link over New Years weekend. Did not receive a reply. Called them several days later, contractor was apologetic and explained he'd been out for 2 weeks with a new baby and was very far behind. Scheduled to come to perform an estimate a few days later. Emailed the day before this to advise he would be running late or to try the next day. I emailed back that either was fine. He did not show nor call, nor show or call the next day. I called again the next day and he apologized and wanted to schedule for the following week, but he did not think he could make a late evening estimate visit (we work full time and cannot just take off to sit at home and wait). I told him I'd get back to him. I ended up calling someone else. I totally understand if circumstances put the work behind and I feel bad for even complaining because the time lost with the new baby is legit, but I should not have had to initiate phone calls continuously. They should have followed up with me. It sounds like they are very busy and I'm glad for them.

Jeff is a good listener. I had some specific details that were important to me. He also had suggestions, and there were many pictures of jobs he has done that are on his company web site to compare to what we wanted done. We appreciated that he allowed us to do as much of the work as we wanted to, and let him know what we needed for him to finish. He gave a quote for the entire job, and let us take out what we didn't need him to do. He kept us informed of what would happen each day, including when they would arrive and leave. The work was completed in the time frame he originally quoted. All his workers were professional and all obviously took pride in their job.

We found Jeff on Angie's List. He has several employees that do the rough carpentry and tiling. He subcontracts out some of the specialty work to people he uses all the time. It took about 2 months to get all this work done. Jeff really stands by his work and those of his subcontractors. I've heard people say that contractors all fizzle out on you towards the end, but this was not the case with Jeff. He knew we were anxious to move into the house and he did all he could to get the work done as quickly as possible. He's honest,, reliable and does a great job. He stands behind the work of his subcontractors as if they were his own employees. I would recommend Jeff for your remodeling needs.

Jeff and his team did an absolutely wonderful job! Jeff was very responsive in getting us a quote and in working within our schedule. He had to coordinate with other service providers and he made certain that everything worked. Even though our job was a big job, he treated it like one. The results are beautiful and he was great to work with...Jeff will be the person we call in the future.

He is very busy but worked within my schedule to get the job done. The floor had to be ripped out down to the joists and built back up to be level. I picked up the tile at Home Depot. His folks did the final installation in just over 2 1/2 days.

Besides doing fantastic work, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Being home with two small children, I felt very comfortable with him and the other men who completed the work. Jeff was very responsive, honest, and straightforward. He didn't mind at all when I asked if my husband could do the painting in order to save money. When Jeff couldn't be there, he called at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with the work so far and the cleanup. We feel great about our experience with DMC Home Improvement from start to finish. His work is top-notch!

Jeff was always very responsive from the first time he was contacted to provide an estimate. When discussing the project, he listened carefully to what we wanted but also provided very helpful suggestions. He explained how his estimate would be written and gave us an idea of the timeline of the project. Once we selected him for the work, he came back and reviewed the plan with us again and gave us our shopping list. We had complete control over how much we spent and the quality of the products which is sometimes the area where homeowners can get themselves into trouble. Jeff's estimates were very spot on as far as materials estimates. We had just a small amount of tile left over and we were able to return what was unused. Jeff's team was very experienced and hardworking. A couple of the guys had to travel a bit of a distance and the timing of the start of the project happened to coincide with the new school year. Anyone living in the greater Atlanta area knows what that does to traffic. These guys showed up at the expected time each day and worked a solid day, taking very few breaks, if any. And they always built in enough time at the end of each day to clean up the work site. Conscientious and hard workers for sure! We were entirely pleased with the final results of the project. I would call on Jeff and his DMC Home Improvements team again in a heartbeat.

The experience has been good so far but they are not finished. We would definitely use them in the future.

WOW! What a pleasant, professional, wonderful experience! We cannot say enough about Jeff and his team. Over the years we have done quite a few remodeling jobs and this one was, by far, the best. From the initial estimate all the way through to the finished product, he and his ENTIRE team were on time, personable, SPEEDY, and a dream to work with. Some highlights of this project were: (1) During the estimate Jeff made many suggestions about how we could make the remodel even better without hugely increasing our budget. (2) He was always available either by phone, email (we love that!), text, or in person to chat about the job OR even for us to ask other home improvement questions not related to the job. (3) His no-nonsense, easy-going persona carried through from beginning to end and he was always willing to accommodate last minute requests. (4) The job was QUICK - took under two weeks from start to finish. (5) In the end there were certain items that weren't needed. Jeff took them off the final invoice without our even having to ask. (6) And finally, he and his team put up with our crazy dogs! Our only regret is that we did not know Jeff when we were doing our kitchen and upstairs bath. BUT, we are excited about a couple of other projects we'll be doing with him in the near future!

We had worked with Jeff before on a previous project in our home and he stayed true to form. His crew was on time and the supplies arrived on time. Jeff is outstanding to work with. He listened when I told him how we wanted this deck to be built and he did everything he could to make it happen. Not only that, we were having a huge party a few days after Jeff was due to start construction. We were concerned that they may not be able to finish on time, as this would be an outside party. Not only did Jeff and his team finish on time, they finished 2 days early and under budget!!!!! I can't say enough about how fantastic this company is to work with. If I never find another contractor on Angie's List, just finding Jeff and his crew was well worth the membership fee and more. The deck is absolutely wonderful. I'm still doing the "happy dance" over it. We couldn't have been more pleased. They built it in one day. All of our guest fell in love with it at our party and we enjoy it tremendously. I know the reports on here are phenomenal regarding DMC Home Improvements, but they are the real deal. I can't say that for all the companies I have found on Angie's List, but I will stand behind it on DMC. I recommend them to friends, family and co-workers with confidence. Jeff is so easy to work with and makes the entire ordeal a pleasure. His crew is professional, efficient, and do quality work at a fair price. I will remain a customer for as long as they are in business as my home needs lots of work in the future. They were respectful of my home even though it is not a million dollar estate. I felt like they treat everyone the same and that is very important to me. I appreciate their hard work, diligence and talented craftsmanship.

I was impressed with Jeff from the time he came to my home to give us an estimate. He was just as down to earth and polite as the reports on Angie's List had stated. Believe the stellar reports you read on this man and his crew. They are true! He is honest and hardworking. I can't emphasize that enough. We all know how rare of a combination that is to find in these days and times. His courtesy and professionalism was clear from the start. He and his crew arrived on time as promised and got right to work. They were extremely easy to work with and showed respect to my humble home and to us as customers. They worked very quickly and Jeff kept me informed all along the way. He didn't mind if I asked questions and was quick to explain what was going on. He disposed of the old carpet for us and the crew cleaned up pretty decent after the job was done. They finished in one day instead of 2 and the floors looked fabulous!!! They also demolished the dilapidated over-hang on the back of the house on the same day. Jeff didn't ask for any money up-front, but did give us a 5% discount for being Angie's List members. He sincerely cares about the satisfaction of his customers and the quality of his work. I think that is outstanding! It is refreshing and awesome to know that there are still honest, people in this world and that live by the old fashion value of your "word" being your "bond" and taking pride in their craftsmanship. I will be using Jeff and his crew in the future for all my home improvement needs.

Jeff Durham provided a clear, straight forward estimate as well as an estimate of the timeline for the job including a schedule of the tasks to be completed day-by-day. No mark up on materials was attempted and we were provided the full contractor discount on all of our materials. Jeff even made a call to an online vendor to see if they would honor his discount on our order. The crew always showed up on time and worked hard all day, every day. Jeff took design changes that we made in the middle of the project in stride and was always pleasant and accommodating. The project was completed quickly without compromising quality. We are very happy with the result of our renovation. DMC Home Improvements provides professional, high-quality work at a reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for Jeff and his team and look forward to working with them again on our next project.

When the painted area did not match when it dried, a worker immediately came out and painted the remainder of the kitchen and the adjoining family room. The owner Jeff was very responsive and did every thing exactly as he explained during his proposal. We were very happy with the completed job and will definitely recommend this company in the future.

I hired DMC Home Improvement for several projects. Jeff was very responsive to my requests and completed the tasks successfully.

Jeff Durham and his two workers (Staz and Roberto) were an absolute dream to work with. Jeff not only supervised but did the heavy lifting as well. Jeff was completely understanding of my need to do the work as cash became available and so I was able to extend the work over a few weeks. HIs two guys put in 10-12 hour days to get the work done. They were easy to talk to and responsive to any suggestions or questions that came up. Jeff was responsible to a fault and the easiest going guy I could have picked. A minor plumbing error caused water to leak onto the floor overnight and he was on the sight first thing in the morning to take care of it with deep apologies for his error. No harm was done and they finished the work in a completely professional manner.The bathroom looks brand spanking new, The plush carpet is being installed next week so I can put the bedroom back in order. It will look wonderful, cozy, clean,dry and serene. All thanks to the great work by Jeff and his team. I would enthusiastically recommend DMC and Jeff Durham and his crew for any major renovations to a house. He is the BEST!

Jeff Durham is one of the most down to earth, honest and trustworthy contractors we have ever had the privilege of working with. We had some problems with our previous contractors and needed someone to come in and fix their mistakes as well as get the bathrooms knocked out and redone. In addition, he gladly took on projects that came up around the house and always gave us a fair and reasonable estimate. We were living in a hotel as we had just moved back from an overseas work assignment and needed to have the house finished by a specified time frame so that when our stuff arrived, the house would be ready to move in. Although, we did have some setbacks (completely our own fault) because of back-ordered fixtures, Jeff remained patient with us and worked as best he could with everything else. The major renovations were completed on time which allowed the painters in and then the flooring people to refinish our floors giving the house just enough time before the movers arrived. The few outstanding items which were left were done in a timely manner as items became available. Jeff has a set crew which he works with that are timely and personable. His tile guy Stauss does beautiful tile work! Jeff always made sure we were happy before he asked for payment for each project. We hope to be able to use him again in the future and hope you will enjoy him as much as we did.

DMC (Jeff) was recommended to me by the contractor who had installed my wood floors. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately recommended Jeff Durham. Jeff answers his own phone when you call and makes timely appointments and then keeps them. In the event a time has to be changed, etc., Jeff communicates early and often. He is top-notch at providing excellent customer service. Still, he also has the most relaxed type of "take-everything-in-stride" personality. I did not have to remind him of anything in the coarse of the job. He cleaned up and carted off the debris. I noticed that his associate worked very hard, also. The job proceeded quickly and as planned. Jeff and his associate both went above and beyond in order to do a great job. I will use Jeff again whenever I have the need.
