Great Job! The repair was professionally completed but I still haven't received my invoice. I feel once the customer pay in full, one should receive the receipt within a short time period. I'm still waiting on my invoice.

A rare home service call about which I have no complaints. They were the only ones to commit to a Saturday slot at 8-10. Tech arrived at about 830 and apologized for being late and i was just glad he showed up before 10. Got the job done (2 new torsion springs, a system check and lubrication) in under 30 mins and the cost was $100 less than what I was hoping to pay. I ll definitely call them first next time.

I'm a first time homeowner of 3 months and my garage door was my first "major repair". Last night, my garage door became a total mess and I was not sure of what to do. Google is our friend so I used Home Advisor to find a repair person. Of course I received a couple of responses but Atlanta Entry Systems were on top of it! The morning of my repair I received a call from Branden letting me know that he could come out within 20 minutes. And sure enough he arrived in a timely manner. Branden was thorough, professional and didn't try to upsell me with a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He even pointed out something that will need to be repaired in the future but didn't pressure me to get it done right then and there. And the price for the repair was beyond reasonable...... honestly much less than I expected. Even though I felt bad about cancelling with the other company, I'm glad I made the decision to trust my repairs to Atlanta Entry Systems. I 100% recommend this company!!

I called on Friday after work about a broken spring. They schedule the repair for 9 to 12 the next day. The technician arrived about 11 and had the work done in less than an hour. The tech was very pleasant and competent.

Disappointed that bolts and nuts were replaced by screws and one cracked the panel when driven. Communication not the best. No attempt to scribe door bottom on concrete floor.
